Interaction with guests
Complete privacy is assured. I've lived in Charlottesville for 30 years, so am happy to answer any questions and offer local tourist advice. I sleep elsewhere so guests can have privacy of the whole house.
Across the street from a nature preserve. Country feel in the city. It is a 15 minute walk to some of Belmont's most exciting restaurants: Beer Run, Mas Tapas, Tavola, and the Local. Thirty minute walk to the famous downtown mall. Across the fence is a trailer park with Hispanic people who cut our grass and clean our houses. I find them to be friendly and helpful neighbors.
Two city bus lines within four or five blocks.

I have a new Cuisinart coffee maker and electric coffee grinder for whole beans. All linens, sheets, pillows and towels are provided. There's a Story and Clark spinet piano.
