David's house was very cozy, clean and was supplied with the little extras, coffee, tea, eggs, bread, etc. to make us feel right at home. We would certainly stay there again if we visit Charlottesville in the future. We would recommend it to anyone.

David's place is super welcoming and homey! We loved the games and books and especially the piano. David left breakfast food for us as well which made it even more special. We will definitely be staying there again as we travel to Charlottesville quite often.

This is a great spot! The house is charmingly cozy, but with plenty of bedroom space and a nice open common area. David had tons of thoughtful touches throughout the house (e.g., local reading material, to-go coffee cups), and the location is quiet while being as easy walk to Belmont attractions. Great value, excellent communication, and we would happily stay there again!
