Indipendent house bedroom kitchen

House - Entire home/apt · Via Levanna, Rome, Lazio 00141, Italy

Imagine having an indipendent nice little house all for you. Bedroom, kitchen, lounge, bathroom. Imagine walking out and finding yourself in country like environment ... and you are only one bus ride and 30 minutes away from the city centre.

The house is detached from our big villa. It has its own private entrance. It is within a large garden. It's fully furnished with private bathroom complete with shower and french bidet. There is a brand new kitchen fully equipped and a lounge where you can enjoy dinner or a lunch in the sun just outside in the garden. It is an area of Roma full of "liberty" style villas, and is well connected to the turist centre.

A really unusual place in Rome. You are only 30 - 40 minutes away fron the city centre, and, at the same time, you have your own room with an indipendent entrance from our main house. When the weather is good you can enjoy your breckfast in our private garden.
You can enjoy tea or coffee as soon as you wake up ...... there is a boiler and a coffee machine and we provide tea and coffee.
In a little frige you will find complimentary cold drinks.
Bed linen and towels, pillows and duvet, shampoo, shower gel, handwash, hairdryer are provided.
With our house you share only the main entrance to the garden. Therefore you have full privacy during your stay.

You have free access to all parts of the garden and if you so wish you can have your meals outside in the garden. You will have the keys to the garden entrance and to the guest house, so you have no problem in coming back any time of the day or night.
If you come by car there is plenty of free parking space nearby.

I and my partner believe that guest are mainly interested in visiting the city of Rome. However we are quite happy to share a meal or a drink in the garden, to give you advise on what to see and where to go .. to help you in any way you may need.

This area of Rome is known as "la citta giardino" which means the "garden city". This is so because is full of villas (not huge ugly buildings) surronded by gardens.
There are 2 buses going to the centre. The journey is about 30 - 40 minutes depending on the traffic. The cost is € 1,50. Daily and weekly tickets are available.

There are parks, nice restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby. During the warm season April - October there are plenty of bars and pubs which serve food and drinks outside in the green. And in the winter, should you be lucky with a sunny day, you can have a lunch outside in the garden under or banana and palm trees !!!

If you want to chat with us we are happy if you don't want we are happy .... whatever you feel like ... we are experienced tourist as well ... sometimes we are desperate to talk to local people, other times we feel like beeing on our own.

It's a lovely area of Roma. It's called the "garden city" "la città giardino" ...
P. Valery says that "in most cities the majority of buildings are silent, some talk and very few sing". In our area many buildings talk and ours sings ...

  • A well-appointed set up with lots of space in a beautiful setting. Adriana and Alessandro are great people and excellent hosts. Getting to the city is no problem on the bus, and if you want to step a little bit outside of the hustle of Rome, this is the place. Had a nice, relaxing few days here to close out my trip.

  • Adriana and Alessandro's house was very sweet and clean. I was very impressed by the garden! Even if we did not spend a lot of time during the day (yes, we visited a big part of Roma! ^^) we really enjoyed the house to relax and be quiet at night.
It depends on the traffic, sometimes the bus was really fast, sometimes less, but for sure it was good to be out of Roma city center, just to relax and discover an other part of Roma. And of course our hosts seem really nice!

  • It was a really good travel in Roma, in Adriana's house! A very quiet and good place to stay once days in this town!!
    Thank you!!
Pour ajouter quelques détails en Français, c'est un excellent accueil que nous avons eu sur place. Un quartier calme, bien desservi par les transports en commun, un appartement propre et coquet!! Je le recommande!!
    À bientôt!

  • Very welcoming and friendly hosts, offered great suggestions for local food and entertainment. Home is beautiful and easily accessible from airport and train station, also a direct bus route to the city nearby. Lovely garden for enjoying the beverages and coffee they provided as well.

  • alessandro forced my 8-year-old son to work in the huge garden and on the new kitchen he was just building. i was not allowed to join and had to stay in the house and lean back. that was tough, and even tougher as there were only two beers for free in the fridge.
all in all i can only hand out five stars for a perfect host, beautiful house and patient entertainment for my son.

    Response from Adriana:

Thanks a lot Thomas and Freddy ... It was nice to have both of you here. I hope future airbnb guests will catch the irony of your comment and ... they won't think that, next to paying, they also have to work the garden .....

  • Though the weather was harsh while staying, to me it was still great to stay in Adriana and Alessandro's house. The room was cosy and beautiful, and Alessandro was very nice host. I appreciated a lot. I wish I could revisit when the weather gets sunny. Strongly recommend this place!

  • It was a wonderful week in Rome! And I have to thank a lot to Alessandro because of his preparation, attention and cute little appartment were we lived. Ihad everything we needed: confortable bed, good warm shower, even wardrobe and a freezer, where we could store our breakfast. Also the towels and hairdryer helped a lot! As we were traveling with ryanair and just handluggage :P As we had also some time extra, we stayed at home some mornings just relaxing and enjoying the breakfast outside in the sun (Yes! we were there over new year). Also the fact of not being in the city center offered us possibilities to get in contact with locals in the surroundings and eat in the best restaurant we've been in Rome (Menenio Aggripa, close to Alessandro's place).Market and backery were very close. Bus and metro connections were perfect and we were always very quickly in the city and back (20 to 40 min, depending on traffic) directly to and from Piazza Veneza, where the city center is. I just have good memories about my stay at Alessandro's place and would definetly stay there again.

I guess we are retired
I and my partner live in Roma. We have a beautiful house with a large garden. We like to have visitors from all over the world. The little house we rent has its own entrance and it's just next to our villa. We share the same very large garden. We believe guests come to visit the city and go around. You are all free to come and go any time of the day. A bus stop is two minutes away from our place and a single bus takes you to the centre in 30 - 40 minutes (depending on the traffic). During fall, spring and summer you can also enjoy being in the garden and relaxing in a situation which resembles more the contryside than a city house. We are very easy going people, my partner is a painter and I like to do artisan works. Most of all we like to meet people from different parts of the world. Animals are welcome. That's all thanks. Bye bye.
