It is spacious, full of light throughout the day. It has a balcony off the main bedroom and a large rooftop deck to enjoy a meal or lounge in the long chairs at sunset. It's only a block and a half away from the subway restaurants & shops.
The bedrooms offer you comfort and peace -- all you will hear are birds in the morning, and the occasional trumpet solo rehearsal. There is one king size bed in the main BR, and one queen size bed in the other BR. Each has its own, separate bathroom, with a very large bathtub and a stand up shower, respectively.
Aside from a home theater movie projector, internet, central A/C, washer/dryer and sparkling or still water dispensers, if you have an iPad you can plug it into the high-tech speakers and listen to all your favorite music.
Additional little perk: if you have mail to send, just drop in the outgoin(website hidden) box.
My sister will be in the neighborhood at that time, so she may be present if you need help or any information.
Everything. From the bike rides, the proximity to all coolest eating/drinks spots to the cuttest stores.
If you like cheese, be sure to check out Stinky. Have a cocktail at Lavender Lake just a few blocks away (outdoor garden with evening movie screenings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays) &/or at Clover Club for a Prohibition like experience. Enjoy brunch at Buttermilk Channel.
Fun exhibits sometimes at the nearby Invisible Dog art space on Bergen St (btw Smith & Court).
You will love the neighborhood, it's very unique!
F, G trains run 24/7 and the train station is very close by. There are buses as well, but I never use them so I'm not sure which ones: (website hidden)
It's a new, green LED building so be mindful of recycling (there will be a little explanatory note on the kitchen counter)
