Emmanuel you feedback is a drop in an Ocean of good feedback, for this reason I have good reasons to believe that our next guests will understand that the problem didn’t depend on us.
First of all let me tell you that before writing your feedback you could at least have checked our listing in detail: in that way you would have avoided to write uncorrect and false information and prices that can be easily checked on our listing by other guests!
You booked for 2 persons but you came with 2 friends (total 3 persons) without informing us despite the several emails we sent each other. In order to check you in, according to the Airbnb regulation and to the Italian law you were asked to:
1) modify the reservation on Airbnb platform with the current number of guests (we NEVER ask for cash and the price for extra guest is 30 euro, as shown in our listing... if you only would have checked it out!). You MUST select the correct number of persons before checking in becuse it is Airbnb rule and also because we need to prepare beds, linen, pillows and drinks that we offer as a welcome to our guest, in advance. Sad that a " workaholic" like you define yourself in your profile, doesn't understand the value of the work of others.
2) Provide us with the documents of all of the guests in order to register you according to the Italian law (as clearly specify in our “Rules of the house")
3) Sign the contract required by the Italian law showing the current number of guests and the correct amount of money paid to the platform (as clearly specify in our “Rules of the house")
We don’t know why, you refused to do all of these things and we couldn’t check you in and had to invite you and your friends to leave our property as we don’t want to act against the law.
People who don’t want to respect Italian laws are not welcome in our apartment.
