Nestled in the heart of Norton Commons, the Lofthouse is an easy walk to the many restaurants and shops located nearby. This conveniently placed condo is also a short drive to the Paddock Shops and Norton Brownsboro healthcare facilities and about twenty minutes from downtown Louisville, Churchill Downs, and the airport. Whether you’re planning to stay put in the East End or explore the city, the Lofthouse is the perfect place to stage your adventures.

The space
This listing features two bedrooms, each outfitted with a queen-sized bed, desk, and adjoining bathroom. The upstairs open loft-space has a full-sized futon and provides entry to the laundry room. Guests must be able to navigate stairs-- the condo is a second and third story condo accessed from the street level by stairs. The second floor features the living room, bedroom and bathroom #1, and kitchen. The third floor has bedroom and bathroom #2, the loft, and the laundry room.

Other things to note
Guests may park on the street or in the lot located behind the condo buildings.

Property rules include: No smoking or vaping, no pets, no more than six guests, no parties, no candles or open flames, no moving furniture.
