Our cool and comfortable one bedroom apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Clayton, Forest Park, and Washington University. Many of our renters are parents/students checking out the school or parents/siblings of students there.

However, it is very close to many great restaurants, theater venues, museums, and all St. Louis has to offer.

The apartment had everything we needed for a weekend visit to St Louis. It was easy for us to get access to the apartment, and we found the extra bedding we needed to make up the couch.
This apartment was in a great place, very near where our daughter lives. The apartment looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed having a full kitchen. Parking out front was not a problem. The only downside was that we were able to hear people moving around in the upstairs (website hidden) was nice to have space to spread out, unlike in a hotel room!
Very nice apartment. Richard was kind and was available each time I reached out to him. I would recommend this apartment for anyone that is looking for a quick stay in St. Louis.
The pictures on the listing were very accurate.
We called Richard on arrival and he was immediately available and very friendly.
Comfortable, quiet and plenty of room.
Convenient for us as we were there to visit our niece at Wash U only a couple of minutes away.
Not a "fancy" spot but clean and easy to use.
Мы остановились в этом доме на 8 часов. Дом изумительный, все блестит чистотой. Хозяева любезно постелили диван, так что нам не пришлось затрачивать никакого времени на устройство ночлега.
The apartment is very convenient to WashU and the highway. Apartment itself is quiet and easy to use. It is functional and useful as a place to sleep and put your stuff while you are in town. Certainly a good value for the money. Not many things to walk to but a close drive to a nice supermarket. The first few days it was around 20 degrees outside and a little drafty inside but fine when it got to 30 outside. I didn't interact with the host at all other than by email. Parking is on the street outside. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The wifi had enough bandwidth for video chats. I'd recommend it for 1-2 people who need a place and will be busy outside.
Richard and Kelly are nice hosts. Their place was perfect for our stay. It is close to Wash U, Forest park and many great restaurants. Their kitchen was clean, cute and was very useful as we were traveling with our toddler. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Richard works in real estate. Kelly works in biotechnology. We have two wonderful rambunxious boys, a cat and a dog.
We both love music; especially celtic or folk. We also enjoy art. We love to work on projects around the house and garden and have a never ending "to-do" list.
We like to travel. Just finished our ninth cruise in March! We have also enjoyed some great travels in Europe and Canada.
