From our very first rainstorm on the lanai, to our lovely comfy room, hot tub and all, to Chef Tallulah's amazing breakfasts, fresh fruits from the trees, Garrett's garden tours, and to our informative hosts, our first visit to the Big Island was memorable and great fun. We will be back! Ruth and Fred

Holly's mountainside house is perfect distance from Kona airport; convenient but "in the country" atmosphere". Tree frog chorus will lull you to sleep, w cooling breeze off the mountain behind the house! Minimal breakfast supplemented by abundant local tropical fruit from Holly's garden/farm!

Holly was very welcoming. Even stood at the end of the driveway to wave me down when it got dark and I was struggling to find the place, was obvious in the daylight. Holly was fun, gave great suggestions and directions. I was only there one night, but felt so very comfortable and safe. Thank you Holly!

Our stay was great minus the bed, it was very loud to sit on and a little hard for us. However, the room and bathroom were very clean. Holly was wonderful and so friendly! She let me borrow her sun hat for the day and went out of her way to make sure we had something to eat before we had to leave at 4:30am to catch our flight. I would definitely rent from her again if we ever go back to the big island :-)
