The space
Flat Out Indy II is one flight up, it's contemporary yet cozy with a spacious setting. Much more than a hotel room. Flat Out gives you room to spread out in a suite type atmosphere. PARKING is FREE and just behind the building - a real bonus in downtown Indy!

Scott and I live close and keep a close eye out if you need something in a pinch. We are just blocks away from Massachusetts Avenue, a bustling street with restaurants, nightclubs and shops. The apartment is in the same block as the Cultural Trail; a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects neighborhoods, Cultural Districts and entertainment. You are within walking distance or a short drive from all that is happening downtown. Check out our photos for distances to popular sites and venues.

There is a separate bedroom that has an amazing King bed with luxurious linens. There is a living area with a fold out sofa and 'kitchenette'. The kitchenette has everything you need to cook some basic meals. Instead of a stove, we have a two burner hotplate and toaster oven. You will a Keurig with coffee, tea and hot chocolate K-cups.

Our goal is to offer you comfortable accommodations to enjoy our lovely/lively/diverse Indy.

✶This Flat is upstairs✶ Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Note: the locked door near the front of the building is for supplies and is off limits.

Early check in/Late check out - $25 - Please know that we will try to accommodate your needs as we know you may have travel plans that require adjusted check in and check out. We are usually booked and only have a four hour window to turn the flat for the next guest. We can work with our housekeeping staff to accommodate your needs and change your key code access to align with your new arrival/departure. If the day before or the day after your stay is available and you would like a late check out or early check in, we have a policy that offers 1/2 the booking price of the day before or after that would guarantee you late check out or early check in.

Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If you have an abundance of trash, we ask that you deposit it in the dumpsters that are located at the very back of the Great Frame Up building.
We want to keep our 5 star rating and want you to have a 5 star experience so if any problems arise contact us, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

I am a designer and my husband is a sculptor. We are both very busy people, having our own businesses, but we still make time to have fun. Scott and I kayak, practice yoga or walk our dog Kiko daily. In my spare time I enjoy my family in Indianapolis ( ten grandchildren and three children) and friends. I love to cook, tend my plants and gardens, cook and read - novels, love spy , mystery and action genre/ a good sci fi! Our aibnb's, Flat Out Indy I and II are in a 1950's building that we remodeled in 2018. The goal was to create a space with a retro/industrial feel that is comfortable, spacious and lends itself to conversation.
