Holly has a beautifully appointed house up on the hill with fantastic views. Everything has been thought of for the guest in the room (beach towels, cooler, microwave) and Holly is a lovely host. The house is near to some great beaches and is right in the thick of coffee growing country.
Our stay here was a wonderful experience. The home is beautiful and kept in great shape. It has an amazing view of the ocean, and Holly was a great host with the perfect list of recommendations for souvenirs and restaurants. We picked this location due to the proximity to snorkeling. Thank you Holly for the great stay!
Holly was very friendly and cheerful. She is talkative and energetic. We felt very happy with her. Her laughter always made us joyful as well haha! The house is spacious, clean and tidy. The room and the bed were comfortable. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious with fruits, muffin, coffee etc. The view from the house is also beautiful!!
We loved our time at the Tiki Wa' Guest House in the Dolphin Room. It was beautiful (the view can't be topped!), welcoming, and clean, and Holly was just delightful. The family pups were also so fun and sweet. Holly gave us some fantastic restaurant and site recommendations that helped to guide our trip. She had delicious coffee and muffins waiting for us when we woke up. This was such a wonderful place to spend our first night in Hawaii. Thank you!!
Holly and Brian were very welcoming and kind. They recommended a top-tier restaurant, Keei Cafe that we hadn't heard of in spite of extensive research and two previous trips. They like to watch the big TV in their outdoor living room with guests, and make very good conversation.
As repeat Kona Coast visitors, their house is the best location we've seen. Driving around the area is time-consuming, so this was extremely helpful. It's very close to Kealakekua, the City of Refuge, and restaurants in Captain Cook - and only five minutes from The Coffee Shack, where it's very challenging to get a table at breakfast.
We'll definitely try to stay here again, in any room we can get, but we'd try a different room if available. The Dolphin Room is right by the front door, which makes it easy to get in and out but also means everyone else has to walk by the sliding door.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Brian and Holly's beautiful guest house. We arrived in time to see a beautiful sunset from the porch and then had a delicious dinner at a restaurant Brian recommended. We were very comfortable in our room and really enjoyed the amazing views from the house. We left too early to make use of the snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, etc. but if we had stayed for longer we definitely would have done so. Terrific hosts, beautiful property - highly recommended!
Brian and Holly are great hosts. Very roomy house with a beautiful lanai and tiki bar. Breakfast was a nice addition. Avocados everywhere!
