Simonetta is a fantastic host as described by other guests. She helped us with the airport pick up, prepaid internet SIM recommendation, and greeted us with a warm welcome upon arrival to the apartment. The flat is in a very convenient yet historic location. Walking distance to lots of must-see attractions like Piazza Navona.
The apartment is very clean and delicately prepared. You can see how much efforts and hearts Simonetta poured into providing her guest the best experience ever. We love the little garden courtyard. Every morning we prepare our own breakfast and brought it outside to enjoy the morning freshness.
We are indeed very lucky to have selected this apartment for stay and Simonetta definitely gave us a great impression and experience of Roma!
We had the perfect stay in Malvo apartment. Simonetta was so friendly and welcoming, she kindly made sure we had a car parking space right outside the apartment, and generously gave us a bottle of wine and some biscuits! The flat itself is gorgeous, fantastic location, clean and with character and a really lovely little terrace... A haven in a bustling city. We wish we could have stayed here longer. Perfect in every way !
Simonetta is a great host !
Simonetta, was so nice and accommodating for our one night in Rome. She even helped with getting a parking space next to the apartment for our rental car. The apartment is very cozy and has a great back porch for enjoying a relaxing evening. Also, great neighborhood for restaurants and nightlife.
Simonetta was a wonderful host. There was plenty of room for 2 and it was very clean. We enjoyed the espresso coffee maker and coffee provided. We also had complimentary juice, biscuits, and a bottle of wine. We loved the terrace! We did a load of laundry and left it out to dry on the rack, which was great. We took taxis most of the time, but walked to the Vatican. There were plenty of restaurants and bars steps away, all at a reasonable price. The previous reviews appear accurate. We used the shuttle suggested by Simonetta and it was hassle free. I am a light sleeper. It was quiet despite lots of nightlife in the area.
Pearl thank the wonderful review, thank you again for everything and hope to soon
for the routes of the bus there is a portal: http: (website hidden)_mezzi_pubblici_roma/ where they fit the way of departure and the way of where you want to go and the route is calculated and the number of buses to be taken (maybe next time)
Simonetta was WONDERFUL!!! She arranged a shuttle to and from the airport for us. She met us at the apartment and even helped us get our luggage upstairs. The apartment is absolutely lovely, our only disappointment was that it rained so we weren't able to really enjoy the balcony. We REALLY appreciated there being air conditioning since it was quite warm during our brief stay. This location is amazing, there are so many little side streets to wander down and discover places to shop and eat. Also, we took cabs everywhere, and they were fairly easy to catch near to the apartment, and weren't incredibly expensive to get to the heart of Roman tourism.
