Camp Sabino is one of the grand old houses of Small Point, a secluded community of several families who have summered here for generations. It is perched upon an ocean bluff with the most breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean, the Morse Mountain preserve, Popham and Seguin. It has its own beach access. Renters can use the "Small Point only" clay tennis courts and dock facilities. There is also the wonderful Small Point Summer School.

The space
For over a hundred years the same family has summered in this house. The kitchen is light and airy, with a hidden door behind a bookshelf to a bedroom. It has a stove island, two sinks, and a large fridge and a drinks fridge. You can spend all day on the porch- there are two seating areas, a screened in dining table seating 8, and a hammock at the end. There is a small fire place in the Franklin Stove room, and a huge stone fire place in the great room.
