The space
This home is spacious enough for 2 families to relax and enjoy the views and good times. The kitchen and dining area have everything you need for holiday dinners or any special occasion you might be celebrating! Let us know ahead and we can have things decked out for your occasion. Contact us for more info on details and pricing. We have service for 8 with dishware. If you need more for your special dinner or occasion, let us know ahead, and we can accommodate. The dining table seats 8 with the leaf. There are extra chairs in the garage, as well as a couple of fold-up tables. The deck table seats 8. Keep in mind, the house does only sleep 8, but feel free to invite extra folks for a meal or gatherings if they are staying in the area. We do have 1 year-round neighbor, so as long as you are considerate regarding the noise, and manage to fit everyone in the driveway, enjoy!
The kitchen has everything you'd need for cooking, baking, pancake-making, smoothie-making- you name it! We've included:

The living room has a large-screen TV with a Roku for your streaming needs. There are also some games in the TV cabinet. The downstairs den has a smart TV. Sleds are in the garage for you to borrow for the sledding hill in the winter. There are also a couple of snow shovels, if you need them. We do have plowing services arranged in winter, but we expect guests to keep in touch as the weather unfolds on the mountain.

- Well-appointed kitchen with center counter with extra storage
- 2 sliding glass doors and plenty of windows that open in the living area

-Lower Level-
- 2 BR with Queen Beds, closets, and long-range view from 1 bedroom. The other bedroom has a view of the front yard.

- Laundry Room with ironing board and iron
- Den with couch, chair, desk and chair, and deck with bench-seat for 2 looking out on long-range view
- Sliding glass door
- Entrance to the garage, where there is a spare fridge
- 2 Twin air mattresses with blankets, linens, and pillows located in the laundry room. These can fit in the den area, or 1 each in any of the Queen bedrooms. Both can fit easily in the Master bedroom, if needed.
- If you have a little one, we have a pack and play and a booster seat available.
The house has baseboard heating and a gas fireplace.
The house has a circular driveway and is easy entry with just a few steps from the drive, which is well-lit and relatively flat. In winter, we have convenient storage areas for ski/snowboard equipment and drying areas for wet clothes in the garage. If you are a warm-weather sports enthusiast (golf, canoeing, fishing, rafting, etc. ), there is plenty of room for this equipment too in the garage!

All spaces except: Owner’s storage closet on lower level, owner’s walk-in closet in MBR, and owner’s cabinets in kitchen.
Other things to note
The following policies are firm:
No Pets
No Smoking of any kind on the property. This includes on the deck, front steps, garage, and property. Smoking odors cling to clothing and then to furniture, bedding and the air in home. We have a family member allergic to these odors. This includes: cigarettes, marijuana, vape, cigars, and any substance that can be smoked.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 y/o. You may be asked to provide proof of age, if this policy is suspected as being violated or ignored.
Please review the rental agreement carefully for details and other important information and policies. We will assume that all policies have been read, prior to booking being finalized, and that all guests staying in the home have agreed to the policies. Thank you.
