  • Our stay in Lissa's apartment was a wonderful experience. Lissa was a gracious and accommodating host who went out of her way to assure our stay in Montreal was a pleasant experience. All of our dealings with her were both refreshing and enjoyable.
Located in a charming water front neighbor hood about half way between the airport and downtown Montreal, Lissa's apartment is a lovely well maintained mixture of old world charm and modern convenience. Neat, well kept, and very clean, the apartment was decorated with a mixture interesting and unique antiques, modern art, and a variety of plants. The spacious wash room was modernly appointed and the shower was wonderful.
The apartment came with a full kitchen with what appears to be anything one might need. Even though we didn't personally utilize the kitchen much on this trip it is nice to know for future stays that it is available.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Montreal and looking for a quiet retreat that is still conveniently close to all this great city has to offer.

  • My stay in Lissa's apartment was exceptional. It was clean, quirky, comfortable and was surrounded by a beautiful canal. The apartment can comfortably home 3 people.. As Lissa was away at the time, her dad showed me around the apartment and was a great host. I had the pleasure to meet with Lissa on the last day and she is lovely!

There are numerous basic stores around the apartment and to get to downtown, it's a bus journey to the metro and a couple stops on the metro - 20mins. There is an outlet with supermarkets, which is about a 15/20mins walk but easier if you are driving..

Great restaurants on the canal to enjoy - great Italian food! You spend hours walking down the canal and capturing the atmosphere and great sites.

I could go on but if you are interested in staying in this apartment, be reassured that you will not be disappointed - it's a lovely place to stay!

    Thank you Lissa and dad.

  • Our stay at Lissa's was phenomenal, the apartment was very cleaned, cozy. I absolutely love how she decorated the place. The location is right across the water, you really feel that you live in your own little world. She also owns a great antique boutique , which is worth visiting.
