The space
LOCATION
-Located on the Tramside of Jay Peak
-Parking is directly in front of the Condo in the parking lot. First come first serve spots, no limit on amount of cars for those staying in the Condo. 3 short sets of stairs (approx. 25 steps) lead from the parking lot to the condo.
-Directly adjacent to the Aerial Tram, The Flyer, Metro Quad, & Magic Carpet
-The following are located on the Tramside and only a short walk from the condo; Rental Shop, Water Park, Ice Arena, Hotel Jay, General Store, Multiple Restaurants, and much more.
-Condo sits next to the Queens Highway ski trail, providing direct access to the mountain under 100ft from the Condo.
-Tramside has numerous EV chargers for public usage.
THE CONDO
-2 Bedroom & 1 Full Bathroom
-Bathroom consists of a shower/tub and washer/dryer.
-Bedroom 1 has a King Bed and Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed.
-A pull out Queen Sofa is in the Living Room.
-All linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided.
-Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sponge, and other related items are provided.
-Wireless WIFI
-Fully equipped kitchen with all necessities including utensils, pots, pans, cups, mugs, bowls, plates, cutting boards, strainer, water kettle, baking sheets, blender, knife set, and much more,
-Keurig Coffee Maker/Pot, takes both pods and coffee grounds.
-Kitchen appliances consist of a fridge, electric stove/range, microwave, and dishwasher.
-Gas fireplace for winter months (turned off Spring through Fall)
-Condo does not have air conditioning during the summer months.

Guest access
-Front door has a smart lock, of which a personalized code is provided shortly before the stay.
-Parking lot directly in front of the unit.
-Ski locker (lockable) at the front door to store equipment while not on the slopes.
-Trail access by walking out the front door (where ski locker is) then along the side where the trail is slightly up hill to the Queens Highway Trail.
-Back slider door leads to the condo's deck.
