Enjoy strolling through our vegetable garden where you can unwind and say hello and feed our friendly chickens.

We're a five minute drive to historic downtown Franklin, 10 minutes to cool springs, and 25 minutes to Nashville, ensuring easy access to all the attractions and amenities the area has to offer.

Whether you're exploring the historic district, indulging in delicious dining options, shopping in unique boutiques, or enjoying a confection or ice cream cone, you'll find everything conveniently located nearby.

After a day of adventures, retreat to our quiet oasis for a restorative nights sleep. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee to a sunrise, unwinding watching fireflies in the evening, or enjoying smores at the firepit, our space offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience for your Franklin getaway.

There are separate quarters on the property, including a guest house (Franklin Farmhouse). Each has has its own private entrance, and designated parking space(s). Every shared wall in the main home has been doubly "soundproofed" providing significant sound suppression so each guests can peacefully enjoy their own private space and experience. Still, we ask to please be mindful of other guests, and try to keep noise at a considerate level.
