Sinead was great. She greeted us, took us to the cottage and made sure all was well. She was accessible during our entire stay. Oysterhaven is close to Kinsale - a 10-15 minute drive. If serenity, quiet, beautiful views and a night sky that Van Gogh would love then this is the place. The cottage had all we needed and then some. It was a great place to use as our home base for some family history search in west cork.
It is a lovely, remote setting. The hostess made a solid effort to ensure a comfortable stay, especially as it was off season. A good value
I stayed for a week in one of the cottages and loved it. The area is remote, quiet and beautiful but only a short drive from the Cork city and Kinsale. Sinead was very helpful in providing directions and preparing the cottage for a late arrival. Definitely recommend and I would gladly return.
Very enjoyable , lovely cottages , incredible setting , we ate in every night it was so nice . Will definitely come back , would loved to have stayed longer ....Maire
Oysterhaven is a beautiful place, perfect artists retreat, with the option of a swim in the sea if you fancy, would highly recommend it!
Oysterhaven was a very beautiful place. The holiday home was clean but very basic, we would have been very glad of some coffee and milk for the morning as everything was closed on a Sunday. We sadly had to leave early due to the WIFI problems as we needed it to do some home office, however Sinead was very generous and offered to move us to another house. Overall we where happy.
