The space
This brand new 400 sf cabin home sits in the tree line of the gorgeous 28 acre Imagine Equus Farm. The Green River Log Cabin has everything you need featuring a fireplace, flat screen TV, dishwasher and wifi internet connection and kitchen ready for a cook. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee or a glass of local wine on the attached covered porch as you look out into a beautiful pasture and the surrounding woods. Use the cabin as your own private retreat and explore the trails, woods and creeks on the land. Or use the cabin as your starting/end points as you explore the Foothills of Polk County or attend one of the many equestrian events in the heart of Green Creek.

The cabin has a new Queen size bed and bedding/furniture from Pottery Barn/West Elm.

Guest access
Guests will not only have access to the cabin, but can also go for walks and explore the 28 acre farm. Part of the farm is pastures and over half is forests of both hardwood and multiple types of pine trees with creeks throughout.

Guests are asked not to enter the pastures or barns when the horses and miniature donkeys are out loose.

I am a long time lawyer and basketball player turned horse lover. Well, maybe I've always been a horse lover. In 2010 that prompted purchasing a horse farm and moving to North Carolina. I feel like I've found my own slice of heaven here in Western North Carolina. In addition to my vacation guest homes here, I also facilitate Equine Experiential Learning.
