An adorable studio apartment located in the heart of the city. Everything you need is in walking distance.... My cool and comfortable studio with exposed brick has a true city feeling! It comfortably fits two and is centrally located.
Walk up two flights to my top floor studio apartment. Convenient Center City location near shopping, restaurants, museums such as The Barnes and The Franklin Institute and many theaters. Close to Pennsylvania Convention Center. A short walk or cab ride to 30th Street Station. Enjoy lovely Rittenhouse Square Park just a two block stroll.
My guests love the convenience of the location. I have international guests who enjoy all of the local events that come to town as well as all of the history that Philadelphia has to offer. Close to University of Penn as well as Drexyl University.
Rittenhouse Square Park , only two blocks away, recently voted one of the top parks in the US.This is such a lovely area you have to experience the City of Brotherly Love.
PS I love Center City and hope you do too!
right in the middle of everything (tons of shopping, restaurants and cafes, coffee shops and a grocery store), easy access to all major roads and public transportation.
The whole studio. I have now made more room for the guest to put their clothes..The bed is very comfy and is only two years old.. I understand how important it is to sleep good...
Interaction with Guests
The guest is my top priority so I try to be available upon arrival... If it is not possible I make it very easy to get into the place.. I will respond quickly by text in most instances. I think it is a good little spot to get away and have peace and quiet while in a metropolitan city.
The location and safety of the neighborhood is why I have chose to live here and stay here. It is a little piece of paradise here in the Rittenhouse Square area. Everything I need is at my fingertips. Stroll around the block and have most errands finished within an hour. There are great churches right here of all denominations. I love to see shows and there is endless arts here in Center City.
The transportation is second to none. trains, planes and automobiles. Seniors ride the bus for free. Just show ID.
There is plenty of transportation. Buses and trains and cabs. Parking 1 block away on 21 st and Samson for 11 dollars a day.

Julia's apartment was great! The location was perfect and check-in / check-out was as convenient as possible. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in a nice neighborhood in Philly.
Julia is a great host taking good care of her guests and respecting their privacy. I spent two weeks in her flat, which is located in, what appears to be a safe area, 20 min walk to the Upenn campus and 40 min to the city center! Julia will recommend you some places to eat and drink in the neighborhood.
In the flat there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer (big ones) and the heating works well.
Good value for money.
Julia was a great host and the sleeping quarters, kitchen area, and bathroom were all very clean and comfortable.
Julia was very accommodating with the time of our arrival and made our stay very easy. Our stay was comfortable (as was the bed!) and had everything we needed! The apartment offered great light, too.
Julia met us at the door and welcomed us to her lovely studio. We walked all over the city from there and enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks, Julia, for a wonderful place to stay while in Philadelphia!
Julia is a very welcoming, warmhearted host. I went to the pub she recommended and enjoyed the meal. The studio is very well located near Rittenhouse Square. The place is an older, quirky, walk-up apartment best for laid-back, easy-going guests. The bed, television, etc., are older versions of what you might find elsewhere. Julia's place is a good value, for the location, if you don't mind that is hasn't been newly renovated.

I work in the wellness business as a consultant. I travel quite a bit with my job and use Airbnb when I do...
I have a cute grandson, Sam who lives in the burbs and that is where I go mostly when you are my guest.... This allows me to continue to be a Mom Mom in the city and for that I welcome you as my guest..
