Upon check in, we will meet you to exchange keys. If you are driving, we will help you park you car. We will show you around and answer any questions you may have.
As our guest, we are respectful of your individual needs during your stay. If you want your privacy, we respect that. If you want to socialize a bit, that's great! We love meeting new people from all over the world.
Either way, we are always very responsive to any needs you may have during your stay. We are always a phone call or text away. We can get to the apartment quickly, if needed.

There are plenty of great little neighborhood spots less than 5 minutes away, and in less than 10 minutes you can walk to Michigan Avenue, in the heart of it all.
This apartment is within walking distance to Michigan Avenue, Hancock Tower, the beach, Navy Pier, and more. Public transit stops are nearby (buses and train). Taxis are always available near the apartment. Zipcars are available for daily/hourly rental inside the building's parking garage. Divvy bike stations (daily rental) are just a 5 minute walk away.

We make all efforts to approach each interaction with the upmost respect and kindness. In turn, we ask that our guests maintain a reasonable standard of respectfulness and kindness.
No pets, no smoking. Please take your shoes off upon entering the apartment. As we do not charge a cleaning fee, it is expected that you leave the room reasonably clean. Before checking out, please leave all towels and sheets in the provided laundry bag.
If for some reason you cannot get into the apartment (e.g. keys locked inside), please call the host in order to resolve the issue. It costs additional fees for the doorman/maintenance to let you in, and we don't want that.
All keys and parking pass must returned either to the host or left in the apartment at the end of your stay. Please do not leave your keys with the front desk. If parking pass/keys are not returned upon checking out, a $100 fee will be charged to recover potentially lost reservations and fees charged to acquire new keys/parking pass.
Please do not mail any items to the apartment. If something must be mailed to the apartment, please notify the host before doing so. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package.
