  • The accommodations were wonderful and Pamela was an amazing host. The room, is quite spacious (more than the pictures make it out to be), and the patio is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or have an evening sip of wine. She took us on a tour of downtown, and gave some excellent dining and event recommendations.

She also gave us a several choices for breakfast, and provided plenty of fresh fruit and bottled water. The towels were fresh and the old timey fixtures of the bathroom were quite charming. I was a little worried about the cat with my allergies, but the room was super clean, and Pamela provided a HEPA filter. I had no issues at all. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone else.

    Response from Pamela:

Thanks Matt. Glad you had such a great time in Napa.

  • My wife and I stayed in the Private Suite in the back of Pamela's house. She met us on the first day then gave us a tour of downtown Napa. It was our first time in Napa so we stayed 3 nights and went on 2 days of wine tasting. The room has private access to the back, private bathroom and lots of amenities. We walked to some dinners in downtown Napa. I highly recommend staying at Pamela's private suite. We'll be back.

  • We stayed with Pamela for a few days in late March after a great family ski trip in the local mountains. It was a quaint, clean and quiet location. The house cat was extremely friendly and joined us on the outdoor patio for breakfast each morning. Pamela was a great host and very accommodating to our questions and requests. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in the area.

  • My mother stayed at Pamela's place for a weekend. She liked the room and told me breakfast was good, and Pamela even took the time to take my mom to nearby wineries! Recommended.

  • My best friend and I spent a wonderful weekend away in Napa. Pamela's home was perfect for our girls trip! The room was cute, the bed comfortable, and the location was about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Napa. We really enjoyed our trip and would stay with Pamela again.

  • Pamela's house was very cute and warm. Super close to downtown napa and all the major roads. Her scones were particularly delicious! Parking is free and easy. Pamela left a list of all the best restaurants and places to visit. She was very helpful and kind!

  • Pamela is a very sweet woman and very concerned with her guests' stay. Her location was very convenient; a few minutes drive to "downtown" and a very minutes drive to get on to the main North-South Highway in Napa Valley.
It was a little chilly outside during our visit, but we couldn't help but eat our breakfast on the nice porch that adjoins the room (we just bundled up). The coffee provided was very good and she gave us several options to choose from for our breakfast. We couldn't decide and just ask that she "surprise us". The fresh-made sconces were delicious! Overall it was a very comfortable stay and I would recommend anyone to enjoy her hospitality.

I've been enjoying life in the Napa Valley for about 14 years and continue to explore this beautiful area and visit amazing restaurants and wineries. Originally from San Francisco I return frequently to wander the great neighborhoods, visit museums and shop. I find meeting new people and exchanging stories and ideas is great fun. My passion is travel & history. I have spent a great deal of time along the French Riviera & throughout Provence. I also love gardening, a good mystery novel and of course I always enjoy sharing great food and wine with friends.
