The Amihan Beach Villa is a family home facing the stunning Dahican Beach with direct beachfront access.

It features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and hot shower.

Enjoy a beach view, no corkage fees, a kids’ wading pool, private beachfront area, furnished kitchen and dining, free drinking water, towels, body wash, shampoo, and secure parking.

All our homes are in a family-owned private beach property compound.

– No loud/large speakers, videoke, KTV, or mics — these will be confiscated during your stay.

➌ Declaration Of Guests:
– Provide all names in advance (incl. drivers, helpers, kids).

➍ Additional or Excess Guests (Fees payable directly at check-in)
– Additional Guests: Fee based on the home’s standard rate for each extra guest beyond your original booking, regardless of payment/rate via Airbnb.
– Excess Guests/Visitors: Not allowed – Penalty of ₱1,500 per person/day.
– Applies regardless of age or length of stay.

- Bringing your own pet — booking cancelled, no refund.
- Bringing a pet from other establishments — one warning, then power cut + cancellation. No refund.
