The entire home is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi, so you’ll always be cool and connected. There are also ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room for an extra breeze, as well as a second air conditioning unit in the game room. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the private driveway. There is no street parking available or permitted.

Please review the host’s cancellation policy before booking. We highly recommend trip insurance to protect against unforeseen travel disruptions (including weather events).
Rescheduled stays require at least 6 months’ notice and are not guaranteed.
Guest access
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire spacious open layout 4-bed / 2.5-bath home. Use of the screened porch, heated private pool, hot tub and lush yard is all yours. You’ll park easily in the driveway (room for 4 cars) and come/go as you please with the self‐check-in code we’ll provide.
Other things to note
Pool, hot tub and grounds are professionally maintained weekly. Vendors have access to the property to make sure the grounds are well taken care of for your stay. Quiet hours are 10pm–8am. No parties, pets or unauthorized guests. We provide starter supplies (paper goods, soap/shampoo, coffee) to begin your stay. The home has exterior security cameras for safety—no cameras inside. Beach gear, yard games and bikes are included, but availability may vary based on guest use. Enjoy your stay!
