Tallulah and Holly were wonderful hosts! We stayed for two nights and felt so welcome! The room was wonderful, clean, spacious, the bath and shower great! Tallulah made us breakfast - she got up early, and the smell of freshly baked pastries woke us. Well, and the birds and coqui-frogs. The fruits she served was freshly picked in their garden. We even got a tour through their farm/garden! Dogs were calm and friendly. We could use guest snorkeling gear - go to Two Step! So wonderful. We'd absolutely come back again!

What can I say about my stay at Holly's other than it was absolutely fantastic. Although I didn't stay very long I definitely got that Aloha vibe. The location was great, less than 15 minutes away from one of the top 5 snorkeling spots in the world, as well as some pretty ono grindz. But speaking of food, aside from the delicious coffee every morning, one of the hosts Talulah (sorry for butchering your name!) made some of the best banana pancakes I've ever had the pleasure of eating! I encourage you, if you get the chance to go to Big Island, stay at Holly's. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Holly's place is a very interesting place with a beautiful view and an amazing garden from where you can harvest oranges, or macadamia nuts, she will put on the table fresh avocado and lemons and moreover a fabulous breakfast joined by Kona coffee. If there are a maximum of 5 stars at Airbnb I'd give Holly 10. Both her and her daughter in law made their best to have a pleasant stay, and the whole family was always present to answer our question. Looking forward to go back soon!

Lovely experience! 10/10 would stay here again. Auntie Holly isn't really our auntie but she, Garrett, and Tallulah make you feel like family as soon as you arrive. Which for us, was a little earlier than check-in time but no one seemed to mind. Upon arrival there's a table full of fresh fruits from their farm, and happy doggies that are really excited to meet you!! (They're not allowed in the house though) The house is 25ish minute south of the Kona airport. It's secluded from the downtown life but not too far; we drove downtown every night. Captain Cook has more of a traditional plantation Hawaiian homestead vibe. Auntie Holly encourages you to go out to town and party, and leaves the light on for you. The house itself is beautiful, we stayed in the volcano suite upstairs which has a great view and a spacious bathroom with a lot of lava rock detail. And the bed was outrageously comfy! I always got a great nights sleep and you wake up to the sound of birds. There's a lanai to sip coffee on, but the house has big windows and being inside is equally as relaxing. My favorite thing about the house was that Auntie Holly would bake us banana bread and leave out fresh papaya and fresh Kona coffee for breakfast. She says the things she bakes are easy but they blew my mind. She made this mill cake(???) with a coconut banana pecan cinnamon topping and I was in heaven I was only here for 2 nights but I loved it!!!! They're such friendly, hospitable people! I told them I'd be back with my parents. Thank you Auntie Holly, Garrett and Tallulah for a wonderful stay!!!

We had a great stay with Holly. She was very helpful, made delicious breakfasts (really good coffee too) and was wonderful with our baby. It's a great location to get to most of Big Island.

Holly is nothing short of amazing. She made us feel comfortable and welcome the moment we arrived. If we needed anything, she was always quick with a response or recommendation. Her property is absolutely lovely, filled with fruit trees and assorted tropical plants so you feel secluded even though a variety of food and beaches were only 5-15 minutes away. Super comfortable bed and very spacious bathroom. Watching sunsets from the lanai was a real highlight. I cannot say enough great things about the home and especially Holly.
