Its elevated living area boasts wrap around windows making sure the natural light pours in whilst the sea air surrounds you, with Jervis Bay's white sandy Collingwood Beach just a flat 400 meter stroll away.

Recently refreshed with a new kitchen, furnishings and decor, the house is fresh, stylish and comfortable. You'll find all the amenities you need from kids equipment to cooking and BBQ essentials.

Three bedrooms - two upstairs and one downstairs - mean there's plenty of space for all the family whilst the open plan living space makes relaxing together a dream.

Outside enjoy the large, fenced yard, undercover dining area and BBQ.

We have a huge driveway with plenty of parking for multiple cars or boats. Further easy, free street parking is also available.

The yard is fully fenced at 90cm height at its lowest point.

The house is 2 storey. You need to climb stairs to access the house. Entry is via a full stair case. Whilst there is a bed room and bathroom downstairs the bathroom on this level is a shower over the bath tub making it harder for those with accessibility needs and the kitchen, dining and living spaces are upstairs.

The downstairs bedroom is open from the stairwell.
