Enjoy your stay at this centrally-located apartment which has a balcony that gets sun all day long and an in-unit laundry. The apartment is on the first floor. Neighborhood park is three blocks away. Easy access to Manhattan via A, J, or M trains.

Guests will reside in the same unit and share the common area (kitchen/living room) with me (the host) during their stay. I will be present in the unit during your stay. My dog will not be present in the common areas and will be only in my room unless otherwise agreed on.
