This cottage in northern Maine along the Canadian border is unique in many different ways.
It is nestled at the base of Mars Hill Mountain on an active Homestead featuring livestock, gardens, and panoramic views of the northern side of the mountain and Canada.
Located approx. 5 miles from:
Big rock ski mountain, the grocery store, gas station, restaurants, etc. Plus direct access to the IAT (International Appalachian Trail), and near access to the Big 13 ATV trail system.
The space
This cedar cabin has all of the essentials plus a kitchenette, a porch, Wi-Fi, fire pit, and beautiful views.
There is a faux leather couch that folds down into a futon style bed for an extra guest or young children. The main bed is a queen size memory foam mattress with a lift up feature for extra storage underneath.
The cabin is located on the same property as our home (about 150 feet away from our house). We have kids, a dog, and farm animals. We have designed our property layout to be the most convenient and restful for your stay. However, you may still hear kids playing outside as well as the normal sounds that occur on an active hobby farm! Don’t worry, no roosters!
Other things to note
This cabin doubles as a prayer/spiritual retreat for pastors and ministry leaders who are looking for a place to come rest from the busyness of ministry or to attend one of our local conferences or church events.
As a thank you to those who serve us in such a way, proceeds from our Air BnB bookings go to covering the stay of those who work in Christian ministry.

We got married two weeks out of high school. After living out of state for nine years, we followed the voice of God to where we are now and continue to live our life led by his spirit.
We are business owners, heavily involved in our local church and community, and we are passionate about physical health, spiritual health, and helping others achieve their God-given dreams.
