Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). The space
The accommodation is a portion of a farmhouse in the countryside, overlooking a vineyard of Chianti grapes and surrounded by olive trees and woods. Thanks to the position of the east-facing slope, the sun illuminates us from dawn until late afternoon. The morning hours are also the best to see some roe deer simply by looking out the bedroom window.
The interiors, although typically Tuscan in structure with pitched roof and huge exposed chestnut beams, are furnished in Provencal style or if you prefer shabby chic. Every detail is taken care of by Sandra's taste, from the untreated terracotta floors that recall peasant life to the cast iron tub in the bathroom, from the doors recovered from the old Tuscan farmhouses to the linen bedspreads.

You will have at your complete disposal an independent unit of about 100 sqm consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a library room and a living room with kitchen and fireplace. And then everything that surrounds it, the garden where if you want you can have breakfast under the gazebo, the vegetable gardens, the olive groves, the vineyard and hectares and hectares of woods where you can take long walks lulled by the song of jays and cuckoos, by the roar of roe deer and why not... some grunt of wild boar...

We are an ANFI (Luci del Nord) recognized Norwegian cat breeding farm, you can meet our cats and their kittens in their enclosures. We also have many other animals so unfortunately we cannot accept dogs.
Finally, you should know that in the Municipality of Arezzo, according to the Del. C.C. 135 of December 17, 2015, as of January 1, 2018, guests over the age of 12 are subject to the payment of the accommodation tax, equal to €3 per night up to a maximum of 4 nights (from the 5th onwards, you do not pay). Payment of the relevant amount will be requested in cash upon your arrival.

In the morning we will provide you with cookies, bread, butter, jams, juices, tea and coffee to prepare an Italian breakfast independently. If you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table at the time you prefer, the cost is €15 per person per day (€10 for children 5-15 years old, free for children under 5 years old).
