Amazing property for the cost. A few challenges with cleanliness of unit, but they are working with a new maid. Best to have your own car if you stay there.

Kirsten is a jewel of a person, caring, capable, interested and always concerned with our well being. She is missed and we will always remember her kindness. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Boquete and your beautiful property, thank you!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Casita for 4 days. We made an idea of what the place could be (just with the AirBnb pictures), but when we got there it totally overcome our expectations. Kristen (Cora's daughter) was warm, welcoming and treated us so well that we get in confidence right away. The place is spacious and have a LOT of amazing accommodations such as the library (we totally loved the library), pool, fast Internet and the best of all: the mountain views. At least for us that enjoy Photography, it was the perfect place to take some night shots with the stars. We highly recommend this place if you want to disconnect or have a weekend get away with your couple, family or friends.

Enjoyed our stay at the casita. Great views of mountains, gardens & birds from the patio. Very comfortable & Cora & David are charming, friendly and helpful. We picked up a few things for breakfast the first morning but breakfast is available across the street & next door at the castle. There is a neighborhood dog who comes to visit & followed us when we took a walk.

We cannot recommend this casita for numerous reasons. 1. The photos are not conform to the casita that we rented. Cora put us in Casita A, the main room is not as shown on photos and we would not have rented the casita if we had seen the photos of this casita. 2. The casita was very dirty. We arrived tired and were surprised by the situation so we decided to clean up a bit, before unpacking our bags. We swept up hair, dirt and dead bugs, which we left for Cora and David to see and they managed to totally ignore this evidence. I also cleaned up SOME of the grease and grim from the kitchen floor, but the floors remained dirty. Numerous spiderwebs are clearly visible as is the grim on table tops, stains and holes on couch cushions, dirt, dust, grease on shelves, walls and lamp shades, dead bugs in bottom of fridge. My husband found hair and dirt on the toilet which he cleaned up. I find it totally outrageous for someone to ask us to pay to stay in a place that is so dirty. 3. Serious mold problem especially in the bedroom, which made it impossible for us to stay. My husband has allergies, and we are not interested to stay in a place that will leave us sick in the end. Cora and David refused to acknowledge any of the problems and were not interested in working towards a solution that was agreeable to both parties.

Staying with Cora and Dave is like visiting your favorite Aunt and Uncle. They met us late to help us check in, Dave took us down to rent our car on a Sunday, and they left us alone to enjoy our time there. Their property is difficult to describe, paradise comes close.

The property is lovely with awesome views especially from the onsite library. It was truly a lovely feature of the property. Be prepared with warmer clothing as the climate in the hills here can be colder/wetter/windier than other microclimates in the Boquete area.

David and I have visited Boquete for 12 years. We love the quaint, mountain community with its many cultures living together. Boquete is a gourmet's delight with fresh-grown fruits and vegetables coming to market each day. There are many activities available here, like hiking, rafting, community theater, jazz band performances in the park, and charity events. Traveling is our biggest hobby - we have visited over 159 countries. Each time we are asked which country we like most, the response is always: PANAMA! Cora
