This cozy room has a comfortable queen bed, love seat, electric fireplace, smart tv, and a Jacuzzi tub in the private ensuite bathroom. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the kitchen. The room is part of a larger, historic Craftsman farmhouse that sits on 10 private acres. Guests have access to the farmhouse kitchen where they may store and heat up food, however, this is a communal space. There are many garden spaces, a large deck, a brick patio, goats, chickens, and a short nature trail.

Sand Rock Farm is a gorgeous 10-acre property with a five room Craftsman farmhouse. The historic property was formerly a winery but is now offers lodging and events such as weddings, corporate events, retreats, birthday parties and reunions. The lush foliage and stunning redwood and oak trees attract birds, bees, butterflies, fox, deer, squirrel, and more. The convenient location makes it easy to enjoy all that the area has to offer including beaches, parks, shopping, sight-seeing, great restaurants, golfing, biking, surfing and museums. Events and group lodging are offered through the business only.
Guest access
Guests have access to their private room with full bathroom and Jacuzzi tub as well as access to the common areas that include the living room, dining room, kitchen, deck, patio and gardens.

Guests may see other guests, however, there are only five rooms, so it is never crowded or busy. Owners and/or property managers live onsite in separate units.

Life is good at Sand Rock Farm! We are a family business - Derek is a chef and also does all of the maintenance and projects at Sand Rock Farm. Jen is an event planner/baker and is the general manager. Their son is off at college. There are dogs, cats, chickens and goats that keep things fun and interesting. Life is good at Sand Rock Farm!
