All guests must complete a renter agreement, provide a government-issued ID, verify contact details, and pay a $500 refundable security deposit for check-in instructions to be released. Verification is secure, and information is not stored.
By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.
We'll also place a temporary hold of $500 on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly.
