The accommodations were superb and the host goes far beyond the expected. The house is new and beautiful and very well equipped including even a wheelchair-accessible bathroom and kitchen. There were cookies and fruit and milk for us when we arrived. Everything was in perfect working order. John told us about special events in the town, and then they gave us rides at night and he often accompanied us to show us the best things to do and was a great companion and very informed about the area. You will love this place!

You can't improve on perfection. John and Betty were wonderful and our stay there will be memorable. I would have liked to move in there, you want for nothing. Looking forward to the next time in Ireland to stay there. Listowel is a great place to visit and the people couldn't be nicer.

John and Betty gave us a warm welcome, waiting for us at the door on arrival. My kids appreciated the snacks they left for us and the companionship of their two small dogs. There is a beautiful field outside the door with a fairy tree to enchant guests of all ages. The house had everything we needed and beds were very comfy. The location was well situated for many great local and day trips. We enjoyed our night out with John at the local pub, John B. Keane's.

couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome, John and Betty were fantastic hosts, the accomodations had everything you could possibly need and where immaculate. Great location for exploring the Killarney, Dingle, Ring of Kerry area. I wish we had opportunity to stay longer, highly recommend staying at this location

Our visit at John and Betty's home was truly a visit of all that is terrific about Ireland. They made us feel extremely welcome in their home and the house is very homey and spacious. (Can easily sleep six) They welcomed us with some food treats that held us over until we could get to the market, and John was more than willing to guide us to the local pub. Listowel is a quaint Irish town that is worth the visit. From this location you can drive to The Cliffs of Moher or drive down to Dingle. Having a vehicle is a definite necessity! We would highly recommend staying a John and Betty's and experience what great Irish hospitality is really like.

John and Betty were fantastic hosts! Communication was great from start to finish and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They also made sure we were familiar with all the things their lovely home and charming town had to offer.

John is a former member of the Irish Defence Forces (Army) and Betty is a Healthcare Worker in the local Community Hospital.

We love to travel and we particularly love to meet and greet good people to our county - The Kingdom of Kerry - Heaven's Reflex - call it what you will, you'll never know until you go!

We love promoting all Ireland, our county, our culture, our history, our fabulous scenery, our music, our songs, and our Irish dancing!

We believe that every host should be an ambassador for their country and do their utmost to help guests enjoy their stay by helping them plan their stay even before they arrive and making sure they enjoy their hard-earned vacation.

We want our guests to leave happy, to want to return again to Ireland and to bring their family and friends next time.
