NO PETS SORRY..
NO smoking, thanks)
Great host - good communication. Made us feel welcome - loved the bottle of wine! Had maps and information on local area and attractions. Clean apartment. Lovely soft pillows, but mattress a bit too firm for us. Close to transport. Close to shops. Loved the smoke free apartment.
We stayed at Fabrizio's for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The appartment was very clean and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Fabrizio welcomed us with a bottle of wine and we also met his wonderul mama who lives across the appartment. Definitely recommend this appartment!
The apartment was as good as it looked on the pictures. It was very clean, the kitchen is very big.
Fabrizio was very welcoming (there was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge) and flexible, and kindly waited up late to meet us after our flight.
There are only 2 things we wanted to say: although the apartment is in Trastevere it was a little further from the main bars/restaurants than we'd thought, although the neighborhood is nice and of course you'd pay more to be more central. Also some may find the bed a little hard.
Overall a very nice stay!
We used Airbnb the first time for traveling and Fabrizio was the best that could happen to us in Rome. The apartment is just as great as in the photos and we enjoyed every second of our stay. The reception was super warm and Fabrizio was always available for us and ready to help. His mother, who lives next door, is very sweet and just as helpful. A supermarket can be easily reached and a fresh fruit stand is located right at the entrance. Rome is an absolutely lovely town and definitely worth a visit. We thank Fabrizio for everything and can only highly recommend it. Again at any time!
We have passed an amazing journey in Fabrizio's loft. Well designed and near of a Tramway which transport you to the heart of Rome in ~15-20minutes.
Fabrizio was a wonderful host, he has modified the check in time in order to give us the possibility to leave our luggages early in the morning of our arrival. Moreover, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine. ;)
I recommend definitely this loft.
