  • Richard and Christine are welcoming hosts and their home is in a great position. Just a short stroll to Little Cove where there's great organic coffee! Thank you.

  • Due to extenuating circumstances it was necessary for me to include my two and a half year old grandson in my proposed stay at Noosa Beach Rainforest B & B. My host would not permit my grandson to stay at her premises, even though I assured her we would only be there to sleep, having a family wedding and added events to attend. Because of her refusal I was forced to cancel and of course, lost full payment. I would warn others to be very careful.

    Response from Christine:

It is unfortunate that your circumstances changed at the very last moment in a way that we were unable to help with. All our advertising indicates that children are not accepted. Your original booking was for 1 adult only.
Children are not accepted for a variety of reasons, not least because the guest balcony is directly accessible from the bedroom and has a two story drop into the rainforest floor which would be dangerous for a child. Safety and duty of care for our guests are major concerns for us.
Our cancellation policies are in line with Airbnb outlines and its always a good idea to read the host's profile and guidelines before booking.

  • I enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable stay at Christine and Richard's lovely home. The breakfast was homemade, organic, healthy and delicious. The room was great, with fantastic views backing onto the national park behind! Christine and Richard are so friendly and welcoming and helped provide good advice for where to go in the area and what to see. I'd love to go back some day!

  • Christine and Richard were lovely hosts, welcoming and hospitable. I was in Noosa for work and they were accommodating of my movements. Breakfast was delicious, my room comfortable and the home was lovely and light filled. Access to Hastings Street is a ten minute coastal walk and the National Park is on the doorstep. A pleasant stay, and I will consider this B&B again, many thanks.

  • I had a fantastic stay at Christine & Richard's house, the location is perfect - in a very quiet area where only the birds wake you up in the morning but a short walk (15 min) to hastings street & only 5 min walk to the national park! breakfast is 5 stars (still don't know if I prefer the bircher muesli or the eggs :-)) and they are very helpful and welcoming hosts. I slept like a log in the really comfy bed and they even gave me tips for my stay in sydney which was my next destination. would definitely reccommend it, hope I'll be back sometime! Celina

  • Had a GREAT stay with Christine & Richard in beautiful Noosa! If you enjoy nature this is the place to stay. Tucked away just a few mins walk from the Noosa Natl Park, it provides easy access for walking or trail running for all levels. There's also a large patio/porch for working out or stretching. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast delicious (homemade organic muesli, fresh fruits, toast, & tea/coffee). Easily walkable to the main town (10 mins) for dinner or drinks. Check out the Peter Lik gallery in town too! Couldn't have been happier with my stay here; Christine & Richard were incredibly hospitable, accommodating, and friendly. Thanks for the great visit!

  • Wow, what a wonderful surprise, Noosa Heads is the most beautiful place in the world and we had a really enjoyable time staying with Christine and Richard. Their home is ideally situated and it was lovely to experience the peace and tranquillity, yet be able to walk into town to enjoy the vibrancy there too, plus of course the excellent choice of quality restaurants. The National Park and beaches are just amazing, plus the river cruise is a must to appreciate the extent of the place.
We took up the hosts offer of an evening meal whilst with them and were really glad we did this, a lovely meal and so pleasant to get to know them a bit more.
We hope to visit Noosa Heads again and would definitely like to stay with Julie and Richard again.

  • Had a really nice stay with Christine and Richard. Great location for access to the beach and town. Comfortable accommodation which backs right on to Noosa National Park. Would recommend.

  • Great location, Little Cove at Noosa is simply stunning! Our room was very clean, immaculate actually, our bed comfortable, however quite hot with only 1 small bedroom fan, and no AC ;-( The hosts Christine and Richard we're attentive and polite offering to make us breakfast everyday which we politely declined. However, they were always at home in the main living room area so it was very difficult to truly relax in the common areas and preparing for their patients made us feel awkward and we we're told to 'be quiet' when they had clients. It felt as if we were somehow intruding in their home, not getting kitchen access or use of their fridge we just felt made our stay uneasy when we were booked to stay for a week. We decided it was best to leave 3 days early and find a new place.

    Response from Christine:

    Hi Holly,
We really appreciate your feedback. We were quite concerned that we didn't have the opportunity to interact over breakfast and get to know you. That would have been a great opportunity to talk over any issues that you were experiencing.

It was unfortunate that you were here during the time when then temperature hit over 40 degrees. Everywhere was hot!! However, had we known at the time of booking that you would have preferred air-conditioning, we would have definitely suggested our other guest bedroom. We have two bedrooms - one is air-conditioned, one is not - and we do ask guests to choose prior to confirming their booking. This request is in our description. Even during your stay, we could have transferred you to the air-conditioned bedroom for the last three nights of your stay. Its unfortunate we didn't get the opportunity to chat about that.
We're sorry that you felt awkward, that was not our intention. But we do like to pre-inform our guests of activities at the house during their stay, be it Yoga and Meditation (to which guests are invited), or other activities elsewhere in the house.
We were quite shocked to discover your sudden unannounced dawn departure when you indicated that you had decided to visit friends and avoid the traffic. We would have preferred you to have chatted to us about your intention to leave early, and to let us know the difficulties you were having, and we could have transferred to our air-conditioned bedroom for the last three nights and re-scheduled other activities. Fortunately, Richard is a very early riser and was able to say goodbye - otherwise we would have been most concerned that you were missing.
