We love using airbnb and sharing our home with guests. We love the sense of community it brings. We take the utmost care in screening all potential guests so that they have reviews, completed profiles, and multiple secure verifications. So you can feel safe and comfortable and so can we. We have had many different folks stay with us and all have been cool, delightful people from all over the world!
Fresh linens, blankets and towels provided, but if you need anaything apart from that I'm happy to help.
I would be happy to introduce you to the neighborhood and help with directions or planning itineraries if you like!
Share Situation: You will be sharing with one person, me. The apartment is so spacious you wont know I'm here!
Guests have access to all areas of the apartment, which includes, kitchen, toilet/bathroom, living room.
We allow the guests to use the kitchen appliances and utensils for cooking. Please handle them with care. You can also store food items in the refrigerator.
If you don’t want to spend too much money on expensive meals and want to cook at home, there is a cheap grocery store just a block away from us.
Interaction with Guests
Typically, I greet my guests and then allow them to have the space they may want or need. Some of my guests have been more social and we interact more. I have one delightful set of guests with whom I have stayed in touch with after their stay.
Our apartment has excellent transportation options to the city (10 minutes away). We will be happy to provide maps an dinformation material you can use during your stay.
Other Things to Note
Unfortunately we have no elevator.
I am not a fan of having lots of specific "rules" other than we ask guests to remember this is our home and be considerate & respectful of the space & use common sense. Just a couple things: The number 1 rule is that you enjoy your stay!
No smoking. Eat your meal in Kitchen not in bed.
Kitchen is free to use, but please clean up once you used it.
Also make sure that stove is turned off.
If you are going out, please turn off the light and heating (when window is opened).
Quiet activities preferred after 10pm - 6 am. But you're welcome to do your thing and come and go as you please at any hour.
That's about it. We look forward to meeting you!
We stayed here 5 days while looking an apartment from Karlsruhe for longer stay. Very social small apartment but Diana and her friends respected our privacy. We did have some problems with Wifi and the router as it was little slow. Room is nice and cute, good size. Little bit cold even with the heaters turned on but sure you can live with it. Tram going near by to the center and there´s restaurants very near the apartment.
It's nice to stay in Diana's place, even the couch was very comfortable for me! They are also nice people!
Diana was a lovely host!
The room is exactly as announced. Amazing days, amazing house, and an amazing city.
I have stayed in the Diana's apartment the whole week, and I enjoyed my stay there! The apartment is very clean, and the area is very quite, calm, and safety. The tram stop is close to apartment. Of course, I recommend it! ;)
Meine Prinzipien:
- Leben und leben lassen
- Gegenseitiger Respekt
