This dream location is one of the closest buildings in Keystone to the River Run Gondola! Everything Keystone has to offer lies within easy walking distance, and you'll enjoy the amazing amenities and views of the slopes from Red Hawk Lodge. Mountainside hot tubs, heated pool, steam room, underground parking, and ski lockers are just a few of the extras that make this place special! As hosts with many years of experience, we've ensured every detail is covered to ensure you enjoy a flawless stay!

Our condo is located in the heart of Keystone's River Run base area, perfect for guests eager to walk only 2 minutes to the lifts during winter and the streets of River Run during summer. You'll find plenty of local restaurants, breweries, and shops within walking distance. Should you desire, staying here allows you to take a shuttle from the airport, then walk to ski rental shops and restaurants with no need to drive anywhere! Also nearby are many hiking and mountain biking trails! Red Hawk Lodge is also on the paved recreation path connecting all of Summit County (Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne), excellent for bicycle riding or walking during summer.

Free underground parking in the garage for one vehicle is included with your stay (there are other paid lots available nearby if your party is bringing multiple vehicles).

We offer an easy self check in for our guests. Our instructions are very thorough (with pictures) and are easy to follow so that you don't have to stress and can get right to enjoying your vacation!

Other things to note
If you are visiting in the summertime, please know that accommodations with air conditioning are very rare in our area due to the mild summer temperatures and cool nights. Likewise, our place does not have AC, and depending on the weather, you may need to open windows to manage the temperature. Some guests from other areas of the country that rely on AC are not familiar with this, so we like to let people know what to expect!

We are accomplished, local hosts that manage only a few properties in Summit County. Unlike many of the large management companies in our area, you'll arrive to a truly clean space and receive quality service and attention from us as your hosts.
