4 of the bedrooms are located in the main house next to the kitchen and living room. 1 Casita is located under the pool and is equipped with a king bed and bathroom/kitchentte. And then there is a cottage to the left of the entrance to the house with a kitchenette and bathroom as well.

The property includes a large main house, a separate cottage, and a small casita located beneath the pool. All three structures are arranged around a central courtyard that also features the pool deck and outdoor living areas.
