We are a household of three and have two bnb rooms here "#2 LovelyRoom" and "FabulousRoom".
Portland's 'close in' locations, mean Train horns! Some people love them, some people need earplugs (bring them) on Summer nights when they open the windows. :-)
We are quiet after 11pm. You may come and go as you like as long as you are quietly, respectful after hours.
Please no red wine in the rooms, I have light carpets and somehow, someone always spills a glass!
If you use bleaching products as part of your cosmetics, please let me know so I can give you white towels. :)
Check with me about parking--my neighbor on the west prefers we don't park in front of his house.
From Sep 1 - Nov 30, 2015 the minimum stay is 3 nights.
Lucinda was very welcoming to her cozy home. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the bus station and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.
The room and the whole house were very welcoming and cosy. Lucinda was friendly and helpful. Maps, bus timetables and other informations were already laying in the room. Since there are two bus stops near the house it is easy to get into the city center. There are also nice little restaurants and bars nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!
Lucinda was great. She made us feel welcome, the room was clean and we had everything we needed!
Lucinda was a great host. Our room was clean and she gave us our privacy. She lived near the bus stop which made getting around really easy. She also lived near some great food pods which I still crave today. The neighborhood was very beautiful and felt safe walking around. 10/10 would stay again.
Lucinda was a great host. She's extremely nice, but let's you do your own thing and isn't at all overbearing. The location is pretty good and it was very easy to take the bus and get to other places more in the heart of the city. The bathroom is shared with the other airbnb room and there are two other roommates but I rarely felt like there were too many people around.
Lucinda was a dream host - sweet, attentive, helpful, and knowledgable about Portland. The house was warm and bright, and set in a beautiful neighborhood. Truly a lovely stay.

About the Host, Lucinda
I'm a friendly, direct person. I like people. I've always lived with roommates, even when married. I have a lovely home and garden, where I can be found most days! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist for 25 years and have a Private Massage Studio on sight! Both of my sons and their wives, have homes close by. I walk my young son's dog, Taz, in the afternoon or we go to a dog park for some socializing. During the summer, I like to ride my bike through the neighborhood. In the evening, I love to take a picnic for Portland Music in the Parks.
