CONCIERGE SERVICE: Lunabase is happy to provide trip a list of enhancements once your booking is complete. We have early and late check-out, daily cleans, full-size cribs, twin beds, strollers, high chairs, birthday cakes, charcuterie boards, 'stock your fridge' options and so much more! It is our pleasure to help personalize your trip.

COFFEE & TEA: The home has an Espresso machine and drip coffee machine, filters and local coffee provided. There is an electric tea kettle as well.

GUEST AMENITIES: We stock our homes with the luxury line, Grown Alchemist. All products are high-performing botanical blends with signature scents. They are free from harsh chemicals including parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, and phthalates. We use refillable bottles for sustainability, please do not remove products from the home.

REJUVENATION: At Lunabase we value wellness amenities. Our community understands the importance of a balanced body and mind. The home has high-quality mattresses and plush linens for restful sleep. We stock our BASES with yoga mats and foam rollers for stretching. We can arrange in-home massages.

HOUSEKEEPING: Lunabase has the same cleaning and service standards as a luxury hotel. We can arrange daily or mid-stay cleans, and laundry service if requested.

A security deposit will be taken in the form of a $1500 pre-authorized hold on your credit card through after your booking. It will be released 7 days after your check-out.

Neighborhood highlights

Palisades Tahoe is the largest ski resort in California and is rich in Olympic history. The valley was home to the 1960 Winter Olympics and first-ever Olympic opening ceremony, produced by Walt Disney — a place where nostalgia meets adventure. Enjoy the magic of this special mountain!

The neighborhood has a bike pump track and bocce ball court. A short walk to the public pickleball courts, lacrosse, soccer field and a playground. Stroll to the bike shop and rent bikes or walk to the Palisades Village for restaurants and shops. If you do rent bikes there is a paved trail along the Truckee River that will take you to Lake Tahoe.

There is a paved walking trail around Olympic Valley and it's plowed in the winter. Get outside year round, we're in sunny California!

Enjoy golf and tennis or the spa at Everline Resort, one mile from the home.
