The Townhouse has recently undergone a full and complete historic restoration. It is a true historic industrial-style townhouse with the full kitchen, dining room and bathroom in the lower story, and the bedroom and living area in the upper story. The main floor and upper story are connected by an open staircase. The property also features a large fenced in private front courtyard for outdoor dining and relaxing. A true executive townhouse just a half-block off Main Street in downtown Havana.

The space
The Townhouse features two floors connected by an open staircase. It has a very modern, industrial vibe that includes a huge kitchen area, with a dining table and entryway, as well as a large full bathroom on the main floor. The upper story features a large one room studio style space that houses the living area and bedroom, which featured a luxurious king size bed.

Guest access
The entire property will be reserved exclusively for guest's use including the front courtyard and patio which features outdoor seating and dining area.

Other things to note
The upper story features a large king sized bed and a sofa. The space is perfect for one or two guests, and we may also consider accommodating one child who could sleep on the sofa, although it is not a pullout.

We are excited to share our historic building on Main Street & our adorable downtown cottage!
