In the living room is table, 4 chairs, 3 seater sofa, coffee table, high speed internet wifi, 32"flatscreen TV, HiFi with CD and iPod attachment. You will find some books, guides and London maps.
The bathroom is all new, including bath with shower. Fresh towels are provided.
In the bedroom you have a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, computer desk with printer & desk lamp.
Within short walking distance are restaurants, arcade of small shops, pubs and Waitrose, the best qualitysupermarket.
From Raynes Park station the suburban railway takes you to central London (Waterloo, end stop). The location is conveniently central to places like Richmond Park, Wimbledon Common, Wimbledon High Street and Kingston on Thames for shopping, and Hampton Court Palace (of Henry the VIII fame) with gardens and surrounding parks.
I have a visitors parking permit so you can park your car for free in the nearby residential area which is otherwise restricted.
The apartment suits one or two guests. I myself live not far away, so I can welcome you on arrival and be on call during your stay.
Variety of restaurants for every taste nearby, in particular there is an excellent Japanese restaurant called Hashi just down the road which has been described as a "hidden gem" and very highly rated on trip advisor. You also can't miss the take-aways and local pubs, all close by.
To travel around, you can enquire at the station about Travel Cards, unlimited Travel Pass or Oyster Card, you can use on trains, buses and Underground.
When at home, please do not make unnecessary noise after 22.30. On leaving make sure windows and doors are locked inside. Do not forget the house keys. For litter and rubbish disposal there are waste containers on the side path. NO smoking please and NO pets.
