Our seaview duplex suite is a double story luxurious condominium in the prime area of the Penang.

There are 2 queen size beds and 1 private bathroom on the mezzanine level. The ground floor is the living room, dry kitchen, bathroom and 1 room with 2 bunk beds.

The best thing is there are 2 single beds overlooking the full seaview and sunrise. You could lay down on the 2 single beds while enjoying the full panoramic sunrise on early morning!

Basic toiletries like towel, bath gel and hair shampoo are provided. Please take your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

1. Penang is the food heaven in Asia and we want you to enjoy all the street foods and local foods. We do not have gas stoves, induction cookers or microwave oven in the kitchen. We only have hot water dispenser and basic cutlery. Who needs those when you can have a good feast at Penang from morning till late night supper?

2. Yes, if you want to have dinner together with me, please let me know earlier and I can bring you all for a delicious local feast!

3. All my customers are very nice and good, so you are too!

4. Kindly inform us your check in time 24 hours ahead so that we can plan our time for your timely check in. If you are unsure about your check in time, please keep us posted on your arrival time and inform us at least 2 hours ahead.

5. If you have infant, we will provide baby cutlery, baby high chair and baby bath tub. Baby cot is available for rent and at first come first serve basic.

6. We will provide a 1.2L mutli functional cooker for you to cook basic food for your infant too.

We are located at the prime area of Penang, along Karpal Singh Drive, the most happening place in Penang for the local.

More than 30 cafes and restaurants are directly below our unit, ranging from Thai food, Japanese ramen shop, Chinese cuisine, western food, cafes, pubs to subway. 24 hours McDonald, 24 hours halal mamak stall and 2 local food courts are within 5 minutes walking distance.

The seaview Starbucks open from 630am until 4am in the morning.

Locals love to jogging and walking along the seafront promenade walkway to enjoy the sea view, sea breeze and the Penang bridge view. Locals play tai chi during morning and youngsters jogging or playing roller skating along the seafront promenande.

The amazing thing is this is the only full seaview and sunrise duplex condo in the Penang!

I started my Airbnb hosting on June 2016 and became a superhost within 2 months. Do you know you can filter SUPERHOST listings in Airbnb? I love to travel, eat and stay with the local people wherever I travel and immerse in their cultures. As Airbnb said, Don't Go There. Live There! I spent time with Tsunami victims and orphans when I traveled to Phuket, Thailand. I went to the Manila, Philippines to interact with their local farmers and play in the paddy field. I was at Geneva, Switzerland to help them to clean their lake. I participated in a running charity event at Dalian, China. Don't Go to Penang. Live at Penang! If you are coming to Penang, stay at my place, the most happening place for the local to hang out during night. A lot of locals run along the seaside promenade below my units. The elders love to play Tai Chi along the seaside during morning. Youngsters love to cycle and playing the skating below my units. If you are thinking to stay at the heritage area, it is fine but do you know 90% of the residents have been moving out from the heritage area? If you plan to stay at the heritage area, I would suggest you to stay at Chew Jetty Airbnb hosted by Superhost Siew Ping to experience the unique experience. My worst travel mistake was I had no place to sleep for 24 hours in Manhattan, New York City as I forgot to book an additional night in NYC. I have to overnight with beggars on the street, can't go anywhere with my luggage as I worry that all my belongings will be lost, witnessed the black fighting with the white on midnight until 3 polices came in with guns to interrupt the fight. All of this can be prevented if you know some local there? Do not keep quiet when you found any problem in Penang! Please let me know and let me solve your travel problem in Penang! =) I have spent 4 months backpacked around the world from Malaysia to Singapore to Indonesia to Australia to United States to United Kingdom to Scotland to Switzerland to Estonia to Finland to China to Korea to Philippines to Thailand and back to my lovely hometown, Penang, Malaysia.
