Other Things to Note
There are two other rooms, one family room and a single room with a shared bathroom. We could accommodate up to six guests.
Amanda and Uzi gave us a warm welcome, with recommendations for eating out, what to see and where to go, and great info on the surrounding areas. In a brilliant location, with access straight to the High Street and short stroll to the beach. Comfortable, well equipped room. Really enjoyed our stay.
We stayed just 2 nights here as we were visiting North Berwick for a wedding. We could've so easily spent much longer in this charming home. It's full of quirky bits'n pieces which tempt the eye from all corners. Amanda was the perfect host, warming up croissants and ensuring we had everything we needed. It was clean and welcoming. We had the en-suite which was perfect for our needs. My daughter also stayed and fell in love with the main bathroom, with it's beautiful Victorian roll top bath.
Big thumbs up to the home made muesli.....we loved it.
Thank you too to Uzi who drove us to the station for our journey home.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Thanks both for a lovely weekend.
Amanda and Uzi made me feel most welcome and Uzi showed me the room and explained everything. The room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was a multi choice continental.
Street parking was free and close by.
We had a lovely stay. The room was very comfortable and the en suite shower was excellent! The accommodation was in a great location. I would definitely recommend it to other people visiting North Berwick.
My experience with Amanda was fantastic. The space was warm, comfortable and easy to live in. Amanda was very tentative to our needs and made us feel right at home in her home. Her location in the town was ideal. I hope I can visit again soon.
Although it was a rather short stay, we really enjoyed our time. The room was very cosy and clean, Amanda and her partner were very welcoming. It's in an ideal location, extremely close to the beach, nice pubs and restaurants.
They were relaxed and friendly, even after we had to admit that we had a wee "sand accident".
We'd definitely recommend this place, thanks for having us!!! :)
On arrival we were met by Uzi who made us feel most welcome and showed us to our room. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The en-suite is compact with a great power shower and lots of hot water. The location is great and very deceiving - we (email hidden) Andrews Road address but discovered that there is also an entrance onto the High Street, placing you right in the town centre and great shops. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Amanda due to timings but her communications prior to our arrival were great and very helpful.
