A friendly cozy an clean BnB, Elizabeth is a lovely host, she will take good care of you.
Elizabeth was very kind and accommodating, which was especially appreciated since I have food allergies. The b&b is a short walk to town and the bus station, and an easy shot to the airport. Everything was very clean and neat, and there's even a little lounge for guests and a patio with table and benches. Even though it is very close to an intersection the street is quiet and the back faces a school field, so it is very pleasant. Elizabeth was really helpful in giving directions and suggesting excursions, and very kindly lent me a rain jacket when she saw I didn't have one and might need it. Thank you Elizabeth!
Sleephollow is a delightful bnb for travelers. Clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Barrett tours to the Cliffs off Moher picks up at the door. Elizabeth is a perfect host. Helpful for local travel and well traveled for great recommendations for future travel.
Elizabeth's house is the perfect layout for a small b&b. She was a lovely host and we really enjoyed chatting with her over breakfast. It was a quick walk into town and her back garden is a relaxing escape. Would definitely recommend the Sleepyhollow!!
Elizabeth BnB is located in a really convenient area to the town of Ennis and Shannon Airport. We stayed the night before we departed back to the US so it was a bittersweet. The room was very nice for our last night. Nice comfortable bed, bathroom was a little tight with an oddly placed shelf and there was a guest long where you could watch a small tv and make yourself a cup of tea or coffee.
Breakfast of smoked salmon and eggs was very nice and we had a good chat with Elizabeth about the area and traveling in general before we left. I would recommend staying with Elizabeth in the future as a good spot to explore the area.

About the Host, Elizabeth
I am a retired airline employee and run a small B&B in the pretty little town of Ennis, in the west of Ireland. My hobbies are; walking, cycling, travel, reading (mainly fiction) knitting, languages - I speak Italian, a little French and Spanish - and attending to my varied and interesting guests. In the winter I usually close up shop and take a well earned break, either to some far flung destination or sometimes a little nearer home and then after Christmas I head for sunny Southern Spain where I hang out with some new found friends and attend lectures and classes run by the local U3A group until Apr. when I open up shop again.
