Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Our stay in Bangkok was short but the place was exactly what it described it to be. The host was very prompt in responding to my questions regarding directions and other related stuff!

Place was immaculate! I wish we had planned the trip better in Bangkok so we could've enjoyed it better!

Overall, I will recommend this place to my friends in case they visit Bangkok!

  • As a first time AirBNB user, I'm happy to have chosen Carmen as a host. I received replies to my queries very promptly and all her instructions were clear so our group never encountered any problems along the way.
Ours was a group of four and after a long trip from Phnom Penh, it was a relief to see that the apartment complex is new, modern and quite beautiful, the lobby was to-die-for...and then upon entering the apartment itself, we were happy to find a little piece of heaven in the middle of Bangkok. All the details were thought of--towels for everyone, shampoo/soap, coffee/tea, a little jug of cold water, some condiments in case we decide to eat in, a fridge and a microwave, books, DVDs, magazines, you name it, they've got it! And, as a lot of the reviewers said, the place is SPOTLESS. But since ours was a short business trip, we're sorry that we didn't get to enjoy the immaculate pool and gym that we saw from our window. Since we were lugging a lot of things, we didn't attempt to walk from the place to Silom so I can't really say just how doable that is but taxis are readily availabe and the security people of the apartment complex helped us get a cab from the main road to the driveway. Really can't think of any issues we had in the duration of our trip and I can't wait to go to Bangkok again and hope it will be a longer trip next time!

  • I thought I was entering IKEA showroom when I first step to Carmen’s place. The studio is beautifully arranged and actually meets our needs. Carmen was really helpful, I was asking her a lot of questions before going there because I had concern about Bangkok’s safety regarding the protest, Carmen and her mom even greet us themselves on the night of our arrival.

7-11 and Family Mart are located in front of the apartment building which also close to Le Spa where you can experience Thai Massage anytime you want. There are a lot of street vendors that sells local food around the area. You can stop taxi easily. It took 20 minutes walk to Chong Nonsi BTS for medium-pace-walker like us, or you can just ride a bike or Tuk Tuk to the BTS station for 20 bath/person.

Carmen’s studio is very recommended place to stay. We loooove it!

  • Okay, so being that this was my very first experience with Airbnb, naturally I was a little worried. However, Carmen calmed my every nerve and made this whole process such a special one. From the very beginning and even leading up until my arrival in Bangkok, she answered every single question I had. And believe me, there were many!

She was kind enough to meet us personally at the condo even though we had somewhat of a late arrival. She gave us tips on things to do in the area, places to eat, methods of transport, and made sure any and all concerns were addressed.

    Put simply, Carmen rocks!!

Now onto the property itself----SUPERB in every way imaginable. SPOTLESS! We spent a relaxing morning at the complex's pool. Even the staff were warm and friendly. While our stay in Bangkok was relatively short, my wife and I didn't want to leave this cozy place. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay here.

  • Very nice, clean and comfortable appartment in a modern building with great facilities. We enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool and our children had a good time at the games room and the playground. There is a small supermarket opposite the building and several restaurants just down the street. Carmen was very welcoming and helpful. She gave us lots of tips on what to do and visit in Bangkok with our 2 children. We had a great time and we recommend this condo.

  • To be honest, I don't know which is better: this gem in the heart of the city, or Carmen (the host) who is kind, a wealth of knowledge in a bustling city, and almost disturbingly fast in responding so quickly to any question we had. If you're looking for a place to stay, this is it. No questions asked.

  • We had a really great time staying in Carmen's place, it really turned out to be the perfect place to end our trip in Thailand. Carmen is a great host, great at keeping in contact and made us feel so welcome. She also had loads of advice and is really so knowledgable about Bangkok! The apartment is absolutely lovely, spotless and really comfortable. It's in a great area, there is a really fun market just opposite the end of the soi where we bought loads of fresh produce. The streets are packed with food stalls where the local Thais eat but there are also some lovely restaurants, Breizeh is great for French crepes and galettes. We really loved our stay here, it was one of our highlights from our trip, we will definitely stay again and will of course be recommending Carmen to any Bangkok bound friends!

  • This is a wonderful place to explore Bangkok, very clean and close to public transport, with really nice neibourghs that you will meet in the pool. Carmen will make your stay as best as it gets, always reachable and glad to help. We can also recommend the restaurant Petra, and the massage place Le Spa which are just round the corner. If we come back to BKK we would stay here again. Thanks Carmen!
