About this listing
Comfortable quiet studio, 10 minute stroll to the beach, 5 minutes to the bars and restaurants of the popular Monte Cassino street and the railway station. Gated development. Free wifi. 30 minutes by public transport from Gdansk and Gdynia.
This is a cosy flat, close both to the sea, and to the forest. If you don't want to be in the centre of the hustle and bustle of the noisy area, but still within a pleasant walk's reach from the greatest charm of this spa town, this place is for you.
Naturally, Sopot is a great place for sunbathing, swimming, but also for cycling. It has a beautiful cycling lane just next to the beach - it goes as far as to Gdansk, and there are a few bike rental points on the way. If you get tired, enjoy a tasty coffee in beach cafes or fresh fish in one of the numerous bars.
As a Sopot lover, I might be a bit biased, but I do believe it is hard to find a more fantastic view than the one into the pier, overlooking the marina, cliffs and Gdansk harbour, as well as the one from the pier, cherishing the grand calmness of the outstanding Grand Hotel, and Sopot panorama. Do I need to add that the Sopot pier is the longest wooden pier in Europe (512 metres).
At night, taste the Sopot dancing and bar life, or visit the famous forest opera and feel the charm of its concerts or ballets in the centre of the forest.
Sopot is located about 30 minutes by a local train or bus both from Gdansk and Gdynia. The historical city of Gdansk attracts with its former Hanza city atmosphere, the medieval crane and sophistication of the pre-war Free City of Gdansk (Danzig). Gdynia provides a much more modern rest - don't miss the Aquarium, one of the biggest in Europe.
No smoking, no pets. Also, regrettably, we are not able to accept any guests under the age of 18, or other guests in excess of the number declared at the time of ordering.
