The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. And very quiet. Appreciated our private well supplied bathroom.
Clontarf is a convenient location, just a quick bus trip to centre.
Enjoyed walking along the nearby esplanade, and closeness to supermarket, pubs and restaurants.
Jenny and Pete provide a very detailed handbook that covers everything you need to know about their home, the area and Dublin. They also supply lots of tourist information.
They are busy and not at home much; which was fine as we knew they were available if we needed anything.
There is on site parking.
We had a fantastic time staying at Jenny and Petes. The apartment was very clean and cosy and well organized. Jenny and Pete provided very detailed directions to get to and from the airport and the city centre. The location of the apartment in Clontarf is great and there is plenty to do in the area and is quite close to Dublin city centre. Jenny and Pete were very easy to communicate with even though we didn't get a chance to meet personally they seem like great people and very professional hosts. The only thing that was of concern was the bed was a tad bit stiff to what I'm accustomed to. However we just put the extra comforter on the mattress and it wasn't too bad. Overall we had a great stay at Jenny and Petes and would definitely recommend staying there and would again.
No complaints! Our experience was fantastic. Jenny and Pete were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay with them again. Make sure you have cash for the cab (not all cabs accept cards) or the bus once you arrive (there's a stop right outside). You won't be disappointed!
Jenny and Pete were very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. They made sure we knew how to travel to their place and made arrangements for our arrival. We only saw Jenny during our stay, but she was incredibly friendly and a gracious host. She gave us lots of recommendations on where to go and how to get around the city of Dublin. Their home was just like the pictures and very clean.
Me and my boyfriend had two wonderful days in Dublin. Jenny & Pete was there to make it even better. They gave us a warm welcome when showing us the private room and bathroom. They were really helpful, explaining how to get around Dublin and provided alot of information of what to see.
The room was clean and cozy and it wasn't hard to get to the city centre, using the bus right outside the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place to future travelers visiting Dublin.
Jenny was helpful, kind and friendly. She explained all that was needed and helped us with our plans. Her place is lovely, clean and comfortable.
My stay at Jenny and Pete's home was ideal - comfortable, clean, very easy to be there - I felt very welcome and though we rarely crossed paths, enjoyed our interactions.
The bedroom and bathroom were quality, clean and peaceful - as was the entire apartment.
In addition to being top notch hosts, Pete & Jenny rescued me in a difficult situation. In the very early morning of my departure, I took a taxi to the Dublin airport - I texted Pete and Jenny who aided me in the wee hours by calling the taxi dispatcher when I lost my wallet/passport. Luckily it was in the taxi, Pete and Jenny checked in to ensure my flight went as planned.
