Charming apartment very well located inside a Morish house restored on XVII century, at Paseo de los Tristes in Granada, one of the most beautiful streets in the world. The apartment is close to the river Darro and in front of The Alhambra. In this street you will find lots of nice shops, tea places, and bars. You will enjoy of a very nice time.
The apartment has a dining room, double bed and extra bed, fully equiped kitchen and bathroom with a shower massage. .
Walk from the cathedral (in Gran via de Colon)) takes about 5 minutes
By bus: the minibus number 31 and 35 have stops just a few meters from the house, from the Cathedral is three stops. If you take this bus from Plaza Nueva takes two stops
By car: It is complicated to get to the house by car, this area is open to traffic for buses and taxis only
From RENFE: buses (phone number hidden) stops in front of the Cathedral, from here you can get just a short walk or take the microbus 31 or 35, which stop just a few metres far from the house

The apartment is lovely, and the location superb. Victoria is a wonderful host! She is very friendly and extremely helpful; there were some minor issues with the internet and she worked very quickly to solve them.
I would absolutely recommend staying with Victoria!
Victoria's apartment is very cute and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Granada. It is very well located - easy to find, close to nice bars and restaurants and walking distance to all the main sites in Granada. We really enjoyed walking up the road to watch the sunset :) The wifi and map of the town were very useful too.
Perfect location to explore Granada. Clean, Simple apartment great for a short stay. Recommend.
The apartment is beautiful and charming and it's situated in an old house, in front of Alambra in a very centre of Granada. Victoria is a very nice person who took her time to explain everything! Thank you!
This is a great place, perfectly located and surprisingly quiet at night because it is located up a narrow access road rather than being on the main road. Viktoria and her daughter could not have been better hosts, they are really great people and go out of their way to attend to your needs. The apartment was clean, the kitchen had what was needed, the hot water was consistent and the water pressure was great. You will not regret staying here.
Victoria is a great host! She was very concern about our stay, giving maps and folders about Granada. She also received us from the main street, something great in such a labyrint city!!
The apartment is great! Big, with a good shower and a kitchen. Clean and super easy to reach! The location is the best one in the city, super closed of everything we need. The only problem for us was the bed - it isnt a double bed, something that compromisse the confort. Also, the single beds isn't as confortable as we expected. But in general we recommend you stay here!
The location of this apartment was fantastic. Walking distance to many things that Granada has to offer. I loved the area and how beautiful it was.
The apartment was clean and Victoria's daughter met us promptly to let us in. The place is cute with painted cupboards and tile floor. It had everything we needed. It was fairly clean but smelled of mildew - probably the shower curtain.
It was noisy on the ground floor and sound carries very well from the upstairs apartments- bring good earplugs!
Perfect for our needs. Many thanks Victoria.
We stayed at Victoria's for two days. Unfortunately, although we had spoken on the phone, we never got to meet her. Her daughter, who met us on arrival, hurriedly explained one or two things about the apartment and then left. So, we were on our own thereafter.
The apartment is located in walking distance to the central part of Granada. It's in a restricted area where private cars are not allowed, so we were advised to leave our car in a parking garage (18 Euros a day) and take a taxi (7 Euros) from there to the house. The apartment building is in a narrow street, just off a road that runs along the river and from which one can see the massive structures of the Alhambra. It’s a bustling part of town with lots of interesting stores and small cafes and restaurants. Luckily, the cafes in the area open up around 7 a.m., so we were able to get breakfast at one of them there as breakfast is not provided. Getting up to the Alhambra or anywhere else by bus is no problem as the bus stops are just a ten-minute walk away.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 3 people as there are two beds in the bedroom and a divan in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, and the kitchen is reasonably equipped. And best of all, there is Wi-Fi.
