Charming apartment very well located inside a Morish house restored on XVII century, at Paseo de los Tristes in Granada, one of the most beautiful streets in the world. The apartment is close to the river Darro and in front of The Alhambra. In this street you will find lots of nice shops, tea places, and bars. You will enjoy of a very nice time.
The apartment has a dining room, double bed and extra bed, fully equiped kitchen and bathroom with a shower massage. .
Walk from the cathedral (in Gran via de Colon)) takes about 5 minutes
By bus: the minibus number 31 and 35 have stops just a few meters from the house, from the Cathedral is three stops. If you take this bus from Plaza Nueva takes two stops
By car: It is complicated to get to the house by car, this area is open to traffic for buses and taxis only
From RENFE: buses (phone number hidden) stops in front of the Cathedral, from here you can get just a short walk or take the microbus 31 or 35, which stop just a few metres far from the house
Victoria met us and explained where everything was making us feel very welcome. The apartment was comfortable. It is an old house, full of character and charm with the wooden shutters, metal grilles on the windows and tiled floors. There was plenty of room to make your own meals with sufficient kitchen equipment. The apartment is very close to the Alhambra and Albaicin. All the major sights are easy to walk to. It is up a quiet side street off a busy street. We enjoyed our stay very much.
This is a lovely place to stay in Granada. It looks just as the pictures describe and has nice heaters for those cold Granada nights. Victoria is a lovely, helpful host.
Victoria is an incredibly nice host very easygoing and pleasant. Her flat is located on a restored building very close to beautiful street where you see the darro river and alhambra. All was clean and comfortable. A perfect place to stay in Granada
Victoria was waiting for us at the end of the street exactly as we were arriving. It was easy to find and in an excellent location near the Alhambra (you can walk up a pathway a couple of minutes from her door). She let us use another room to store our luggage and freshen up before we left. She was very kind. We had a child and baby. The apartment was very warn in the cold night and we were comfortable. The only thing i would suggest to Victoria is to add a mattress to the baby cot. We were grateful to receive the cot, but couldn't use it because baby could feel the bars through the thin mat. She was really great with help and advice though. A good experience altogether. I recommend this apt.
This is airbnb at its finest. Victoria, I was so very happy to met you! El (my 19 year old daughter) and I spent most of January in Andalucia. Unlike some other venues, Victoria's apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. Exceptionally convenient, the hike to the Alahambra in the chilly morning air was exhilarating. The selection of high quality restaurants within a 5 minute walk was astonishing. Rarer still-- the flat was warm in January!
Not to say that all went smoothly, however. One evening I could not turn off the overhead light in the bedroom; the switch had broken. I texted Victoria early evening on Saturday night. She and her daughter came across town in less than half an hour. They prepared an other room for us to sleep in until the switch was fixed. Thank you again Victoria!

Te has sentido a salvo.
What does hospitality means to you?
Is to make your guest feel at home.
What does to feel at home means ...?
Close your eyes and repeat this thought:
I'm at home. You sense a feeling of comfort and security.
Did you feel safe.
We love our home and we love people who decide to stay here, we strive to welcome our guests feeling at home.
Sometimes (even pretend that) is not possible, but others will become great friends.
To all we are grateful, my daughter Maria and I, she is my wonderful great help in this task.
And we want to offer every body more than our home, our hospitality.
