Upon arrival I will give you a map of the city and a guide made by me with the monuments, tapas bars and places you should not miss and where to see Flamenco off the beaten track.

Guest Access

The room is located in a old restored three-storey house with high wooden ceilings, nicely laid out, very independent rooms, cozy lounge with balcony overlooking a quiet street with little noise or traffic, tv, air conditioning and heating. Kitchen with cooker, washing machine, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer. Everything you need to make your stay more comfortable. Free wifi and free use of the kitchen and of course the large private terrace with table and chairs where you will surely take time, absorb the Spanish sun and drink a tea, coffee, beer...

Interaction with Guests

Once a week I make a cleaning of the common areas. My girlfriend Rosa speaks English, French and Italian.

The Neighborhood

The house is situated next to the Alameda Square, in the historical center of Seville, near of the turistic places like the cathedral, Santa Cruz, Macarena, Cartuja, Alfalfa Square, flamenco shows …and is only a five-minute walk from the Guadalquivir river.

Getting Around

You have access to the public transports like bus, taxi and bikes at one minute of the house, but you are not going to need them because we are near the interesting places.

House Rules

Be tidy. If you use the kitchen, the bathroom or the living room for example, leave the area the way you found it when you have finished: tidy and clean.
If you smoke in the morning, please do it in the outdoor areas, such as the terrace or the balcony. During the afternoon you may smoke inside the house. Please don’t smoke in your bedroom, as it isn’t well-ventilated and the odor will remain trapped inside.
Use the lights only when necessary and turn them off when you don’t need them.
After eating please wash the dishes, utensils and cookware that you have used so that the other housemates will find them clean and available.
In this house we place importance on recycling. Please read the signs on the rubbish bins to ensure that you are depositing the rubbish in the proper place.
For security purposes, please close both the iron gate and the front door every time you leave the house.
If you use the terrace please remember to close the door and turn off the light when you come back to the house.
If you need to use the washing machine please let us know and we will help you and please try to be ecological. Suggest to another housemate that you do a load together in order to save energy and water.
Everybody has a designated area of the refrigerator in which to keep their food. Please ask your housemates before deciding to “borrow” food items without their permission.
In your room you will find some touristic information. You can keep the city map for yourself, but please leave the other information for future guests.
Please, don´t eat in bed.
If you need anything, please don’t hesitate to ask us for help.
