The house is situated next to the Alameda Square, in the historical center of Seville, near of the turistic places like the cathedral, Santa Cruz, Macarena, Cartuja, Alfalfa Square, flamenco shows …and is only a five-minute walk from the Guadalquivir river.
Alameda Square is a pedestrianised area plenty of restaurants and pavement cafes offering regional and international specialities day and night. It is a perfect place to go on a tapas crawl.
You have access to the public transports: bus, taxi and bycicle.
It is an old, three-storey house that has been completely restored with high wooden-beaned ceilings. The layout allows for plenty of privacy.
The room is in the ground floor and is equipped with a 135x190 bed, an armoire, two night tables and a window. You have a private bathroom inside the room, also with a window.
All linens (towels, handtowels and sheets) are provided.
The house has a comfortable living area with a balcony that looks out onto a very quiet street with TV, air-conditionig and heating. The kitchen is equipped with a vitro-ceramic cooker, a washing machine, microwave oven, italian coffe-maker, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. Everything you need to be comfortable at home.

A friend and I stayed for two nights at Luis and Rosa's flat and it was an excellent accommodation option. The room and the rest of the house were very clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. The area couldn't be any better! It is just a few steps away from the lively Alameda de Hercules square which has a lot of character and endless tapas bars. Rosa and Luis are the ideal hosts: they instantly made us feel welcome and comfortable and they gave us many tips on where to go and on how to best enjoy Sevilla in our limited time. We can recommend the room to anyone looking for quality accommodation and wonderful hosts.
All very clean, very organised very Professional, Special Kind of matrass in my room. I can recomment Luis totally
Luis and Rosa were lovely hosts. Their house is in a great location and they mapped out all the best places to visit, eat, drink, listen to music and see flamenco amongst the locals in orange-lined Sevilla! Their terrace is a beautiful place to eat breakfast or share a beer with Rosa and Luis in the sun and they are a wealth of information. I would defitely stay again next time in Sevilla!
The abundant positive reviews on airbnb should say everything. Luis and Rosa are a wonderful couple with huge hearts and a love for meeting travelers throughout the world.
The pictures should give you an indication of how clean and nice your room will be, and the location is absolutely beautiful, safe, and functional (about a 20-30 minute walking distance from the Cathedral). Luis and Rosa are committed to making sure that you have a wonderful, authentic experience in Sevilla. For example, they introduced me and accompanied me to -real- flamenco shows at local neighborhood penas. Moreover, they encourage (but do not require) you to sit with them and the other travelers staying with them for a drink and some wonderful conversation in the evenings. As a result of my stay with Luis and Rosa, I was able to make some incredible friends from Brussels!
Highly, highly recommended.
We had such a nice time with Rosa and Luis in Sevilla.
The room was nicely decorated and clean.
The situation of the apartment couldn't be better. It's located near the lively and interesting Alameda de Hercules Square with a wide selection of bars and restaurants but still in a very quiet street.
Rosa and Luis were very welcoming, charming and helpful. It was a feeling like we were friends for a long time, uncomplicated and frank. It was one of my best airbnb experiences so far.
We had an absolutely perfect stay at Luis&Rosa's house. It's located in a very lifely area with lots of bars. Rosa recommended really specials Tapas Bars and a Flamenco Club to us, which was frequented by locals and was absolutely not touristical.
The room is a bit tiny, but nicely furnitured and there is everything which you need. The room is in the ground floor and the window shows to the street (but there is only limited traffic). But if you want to sleep with an open window, ear plugs are recomended.
The roff top terrace is very lovely and so were our hosts. Booking and Communication were very easy and flexible, even with our time for arriving. We came by car, but drivining in Sevilla is a nightmare. There is a parking very closed by, but it's about 20 Euros per 24h. We would always recommend this place again!
