Interaction with Guests
I like to get to know people to extent that they want to be known. That is, I prefer interactive people, but if you need more privacy, no problem. I have been a SV techno type to manager and entrepreneur.
The downtown has a Farmers' market weekends. Lots of great restaurants, coffee houses, Tide house, live music. Easy to get to the Train to catch a Giants game or other SF attraction. I was surprised how quick the trains are to get to your destination. Light rail goes right to the LEVI's stadium. Bike trails come right through here. Truly at a hub of activity of any kind, even kite flying.
See above. Also all freeways(phone number hidden)) are literally minutes away. so however you want to travel, it's easy.

The location is excellent- downtown and 2 mins walk from the caltrain station. My stay was very comfortable. Tim was an excellent host. Highly recommended!
Tom's apartment is perfectly located, just one block from Castro and the Mountain View Transit Center. I enjoyed my stay and will be happy to come back in the future.
Tim is an absolutely excellent host. His apartment is huge, well-appointed, and quite comfortable -- and Tim goes the extra mile, and then some, to make the experience great. He offered coffee and snacks (which were a huge help before my interview) and just made my trip in Mountain View smooth and comfortable.
I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. An excellent host and an awesome guy.
Tim was an amazing and friendly host. We plan on being back whenever we're in Mountain View!
I spent two nights at Tim's place while visiting my daughter who lives a few blocks away in Mountain View. Tim's place is nice, new, and comfortable, and it is super convenient to the heart of Mountain View and most other destinations nearby. Tim was extremely helpful in getting my reservation set up (I was a first time airbnb user and was trying to book his place while in Yosemite and having no cell service). The room is private, shares a nice bathroom, and looks out over Franklin Street. Highly recommended!
Tim was very accommodating, willing to help us with anything we needed, and was very enjoyable to chat with. He even made fresh chocolate croissants one morning which were delicious! The location was really great, just steps away from downtown Mountain View. And finally, just some FYI for future guests, street parking in downtown Mountain view is much easier on weekends than weekdays because lots of people eat lunch there on the weekdays.
